This is a medium-sized house geared for a party of four. It is not suitable for use as a family reunion or other large social gathering destination. Large parties are strictly prohibited and could result in eviction and forfeiture of rental fees.

Stowage – Please refrain from taking beach chairs and fishing gear into the house. There is ample outdoor space on the decks and boardwalks.
