Welcome to Sunny Daze!
This newly remodeled two bedroom two bath beautiful condo is located in the heart of Holmes Beach!

The main bedroom has a king size bed and the guest room has a queen and full. There are three T.V.'s so everyone can enjoy their favorite shows! The kitchen has new modern appliances and is fully stocked for cooking on those lazy days in.

The nearby public beach has volleyball courts and playground equipped with swings. Here you’ll also find Anna Maria Island Café serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. They have a small Tiki Bar serving beer, wine frozen drinks and a gift shop that sells beach attire and souvenirs.

If you're looking for a quiet and peaceful Anna Maria Island vacation property, this could very well be the one for you! Parking is limited to two vehicles. Restaurants and shopping are located within walking distance.

No Pets and No Smoking. Accommodates up to 6 people. Minimum Stay Required: 1 Week. If you are traveling with other families, we have unit #7 directly above it as a rental as well!

* Cancellation more than 90 days prior to arrival will receive a deposit refund less a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival will forfeit all deposit received. Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies on account. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

Girls Trip!

We had a great time at this condo for our annual Girls Trip to the island. The kitchen/living room layout was awesome. Location is very convenient for a short walk to the beach or to the grocery store.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful and roomy 2 bedroom condo in great location in Holmes Beach.Screened in porches an added plus. Location near to Publix, restaurants, and the beach as described and accommodating. We would definitely rent again!
