Welcome to Groovy Guava, a newly updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation home with plenty of room for up to 5 guests. This adorable half duplex is located just a short stroll away from the powdery white sands and award-winning sunsets of Anna Maria Island!

You won't need to leave the house for meals thanks to your fully stocked kitchen with eat in dining area. However, when you do venture out you will be within walking distance to all the best spots including the Feast, Freckled Fin, Eat Here, Island Creamery, Hurricane Hanks and much more! The private, fenced-in yard is a tropical oasis with lush landscaping and a private heated pool. Enjoy alfresco dining as you cook on the gas grill and then head to the beach afterwards for a glorious sunset viewing. The brand new 6 seater Golf cart will get you there in no time at all!

For a relaxing night's sleep, the master bedroom awaits you with a brand new, comfy king size bed. This bedroom also treats you to a private ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. In the guest room you will find another Queen and a Twin XL bed to sleep 3 more guests. Another full bath with tub is accessed from the hallway. Both bedrooms offer cable television.

If you need space for a larger group of friends or family we are happy to also offer Beach Daze, the other side of this duplex, right next door!

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO

At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by BEACH BOUTIQUE RENTALS for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

We require an initial 25% deposit with final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.

Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Beach Boutique cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.

PET POLICY:

We are DOG FRIENDLY! A fee of $150 + tax is required in advance for each dog you are bringing.

1 pet maximum unless granted an exception. Weight limit of 75 lbs maximum per pet.

Due to property insurance policies and liability concerns NO dangerous breeds or aggressive animals are allowed. The following breeds (purebred or crossbred) are not permitted:

Pit Bull, Akita, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chows, Any Wolf-dog hybrid, Any other dog that has been known to have bitten anyone

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Anna Maria island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
