Profitez des couchers de soleil paisibles depuis votre balcon privĂ© avec Ă©cran dans ce condo au troisiĂšme Ă©tage de deux chambres avec deux salles de bains et offrant une vue prĂ©servĂ©e. La grande cuisine avec bar est bien ïżœïżœquipĂ©e avec tout ce dont vous auriez besoin pour prĂ©parer de petits repas pour les dĂźners de famille. Le salon est Ă©quipĂ© d'un Ă©cran plat et d'une table Ă  manger pour six personnes. Le salon ouvre Ă©galement sur le balcon par de grandes portes coulissantes en verre et meublĂ© avec une petite table et des chaises. Retour Ă  l'intĂ©rieur pour la premiĂšre des deux chambres est une chambre d'hĂŽtes meublĂ© avec deux lits jumeaux-size et tĂ©lĂ©vision. Cette chambre ouvre Ă©galement sur le balcon par de grandes portes coulissantes en verre. La salle de bain sont dotĂ©es d'une grande vasque et baignoire / douche combo. Continuant sur la suite parentale spacieuse avec un lit king-size, TV, et dispose d'un walk-in. La salle de bains dispose d'une grande vanitĂ© et la douche.

La communautĂ© dispose d'une piscine ouverte chauffĂ©e toute l'annĂ©e et est situĂ© Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pied d'une Ă©picerie, magasins, restaurants, et surtout la plage. Anna Maria Island et ses environs a un nombre important d'options quand il vient Ă  l'amusement dans le soleil et les sports nautiques. Very clean and well equipped condo, nicely decorated and spacious. Good location for shops, beaches and free trolley bus to venture a bit further without having to drive.Pool area was clean and well maintained.

Property was as described although the cleaning could of been better. We found stale food on the floor, the bedding was disgusting, dirty and had to washed due to the amount of stains on it. There were lot's of towels and bedding of which we were grateful for but the amount of these combined with things that other renters and owners belongings left in cupboards we literally had nowhere to store our food and clothing. The pans were dirty and need replacing but most of all instructions on how to use the appliances. We had to go and buy a kettle as it was listed as provided but there wasn't one. We reached out to the management company and explained at how disappointed we were with some aspects and because we had UK phones we were unable to call them. We asked them to call us but we are still waiting. Once we moved some bits around we managed to store some of our belongings but still had to use the spare room to put the cases on to use as storage. Good job our daughter wasn't with us as she would of been unable to use the other room due to lack of space. Also there were bits of wood and trim just lying around. It has lot's of mod cons but you can only either have the lamps or chargers plugged in that they provide in the bedrooms. Lastly do not expect any kind of beach chairs or umbrellas. The property is a lovely place just a bit better care and attention and perhaps a better management company.

Good location

The unit itself was very nice. The only issue I had with the unit was that it wasn’t totally clean. The bed wasn’t made, the sheets and towels were thrown on the bed. Both bathrooms had towels on the floor and hanging on the hooks. This must have been a communication issue with the cleaning crew. However, I did receive a call from the manager and we worked on an agreement on the cleaning fee . Otherwise, the unit was very nice and fully equipped.

Awful Property Management

Our family stayed here for spring break and we purposely rented the property because it had a pool. However, the pool was closed the entire week! We contacted the property manager who did absolutely nothing and did not even follow up on the status. Also, it is a bit of a far walk to the beach and not really close as advertised in the listing.

It is pleasant, and very close to Publix, CVS, and other shopping. 5 minute's walk to the beach and restaurants.

Great vacation spot

We really enjoyed our stay here - not only because we got engaged!!! But the condo was very nice and clean and we would definitely stay here again! The heat advisory made it feel a bit warm inside having to keep the thermostat at 73 degrees but overall we truly enjoyed our stay here!

Very nice place and good location.

We were 2 couples, each couple had one room and one bathroom. One couple had to sleep in single beds but okay for a week. The place is well maintained and clean. Short walk to the free trolley and to the Publix which has everything you need.. Kitchen has everything you need but no barbecue available. Short distance walk to the beach. A large cooler on wheels was available which we used to bring a lunch and drinks to the beach. We would of liked to have 4 beach chairs to bring to the beach with us but they had beach towels. Balconey is very nice. Air conditioner works well. A few staircases to get to appartement but no problem for us. Quiet building and neighborhood.

Great vacation!

Wonderful location . Very nice place . Condo pool excellent. Only negatives the 3rd floor steps are tough no elevator. None of the 3 tvs work right. That was frustrating . For the most part I would recommend it and we would stay their again.. The steps did give us all a much needed work out.

Beautiful VRBO Condo

We loved our stay at this condo! Everything was perfect
 especially loved the kitchen, counter island & living room. Couches super comfortable. Perfect layout with lots of room. Washer & dryer brand new! Very clean!!! Would highly recommend & would stay again without hesitation! Siesta Key rentals were extremely efficient
 impressed! Great location!!!

Lovely stay

First time to visit this area and place was very nice and clean. Had pretty much everything we needed and super close to the beach. It has stairs but worth the climb!

All great but...

Need to change listing to say that there are 3 flights of steps with no elevator. For people with back problems or other issues, this is a problem that could be a problem. Should say there is no elevator. Also, sheets in master bedroom were dirty. New mattress is definitely needed. All great besides that.
