Profitez des couchers de soleil paisibles depuis votre balcon privé avec écran dans ce condo au troisième étage de deux chambres avec deux salles de bains et offrant une vue préservée. La grande cuisine avec bar est bien ��quipée avec tout ce dont vous auriez besoin pour préparer de petits repas pour les dîners de famille. Le salon est équipé d'un écran plat et d'une table à manger pour six personnes. Le salon ouvre également sur le balcon par de grandes portes coulissantes en verre et meublé avec une petite table et des chaises. Retour à l'intérieur pour la première des deux chambres est une chambre d'hôtes meublé avec deux lits jumeaux-size et télévision. Cette chambre ouvre également sur le balcon par de grandes portes coulissantes en verre. La salle de bain sont dotées d'une grande vasque et baignoire / douche combo. Continuant sur la suite parentale spacieuse avec un lit king-size, TV, et dispose d'un walk-in. La salle de bains dispose d'une grande vanité et la douche.

La communauté dispose d'une piscine ouverte chauffée toute l'année et est situé à quelques minutes à pied d'une épicerie, magasins, restaurants, et surtout la plage. Anna Maria Island et ses environs a un nombre important d'options quand il vient à l'amusement dans le soleil et les sports nautiques. De la location d'un bateau, la pêche, ou se détendre dans l'un des restaurants du front de mer, Anna Maria Island a beaucoup de vie sur l'île à l'expérience.

We enjoyed our stay at this property and would definitely stay again. The property was clean and kitchen had all the necessary equipment. Property was within walking distance of beach, shopping, and restaurants and a short walk to free trolley bus stop. The pool was fantastic with ample chairs and shade.

The unit was perfect for 5 people. Very clean and aesthetic. Conveniently located to shops and beaches. Holmes beach/Manatee Beach within walking distance. All others can be driven to easily. No problems were encountered. Pool was heated and a short walk away. Property was quiet. Overall a nice time was had by all.

We were overall content with our experience at this location. The place had some nice upgrades, and had appliances that were needed. We loved that they had coolers that we could use during our stay. There were a few things that were disappointing. The pool was closed with caution tape. We chose this location over one closer to the beach specifically due to there being a pool, and ours was closed. It was also stated that there was parking for two cars, the owners car does take up one spot. We also found two diapers under one of the beds, and the mattress pads would not stay on the smaller beds. Just a heads up, you do have to go up sets of stairs with your luggage.

A closed pool when it was a deciding factor in booking is absolutely not acceptable, and we understand how disappointing that must have been. The diapers found under the bed are a clear housekeeping miss that we take seriously and have addressed. We've also noted the mattress pad and parking concerns and are working to correct them. Lovely stay

First time to visit this area and place was very nice and clean. Had pretty much everything we needed and super close to the beach. It has stairs but worth the climb!

Great vacation spot

We really enjoyed our stay here - not only because we got engaged!!! But the condo was very nice and clean and we would definitely stay here again! The heat advisory made it feel a bit warm inside having to keep the thermostat at 73 degrees but overall we truly enjoyed our stay here!

this was a fantastic property! Clean, modern, and up-to-date! Would have loved to have it located a little closer to the beach, but it was a short walk! we definitely rent this property again!

Spacious and clean

Overall the condo was a great stay. It’s clean and spacious but I definitely think the listing should point out that there are 3 flights of stairs and NO elevator. Located kind of in the center of everything and being across from Publix was convenient

Beautiful VRBO Condo

We loved our stay at this condo! Everything was perfect… especially loved the kitchen, counter island & living room. Couches super comfortable. Perfect layout with lots of room. Washer & dryer brand new! Very clean!!! Would highly recommend & would stay again without hesitation! Siesta Key rentals were extremely efficient… impressed! Great location!!!

Paradise

We stayed October 9-16. The weather was sunny and hot. We went to Manatee Beach everyday. The beach was convenient and clean We had a great burger at Skinnies. The condo is located across the street from Publixs. We had wonderful subs and fried chicken from Publixs. We ate breakfast at Peaches. We had a fabulous Italian dinner at Pestos. I would highly recommend this condo.

A fantastic apartment and a beautiful island.

Really lovely property. Easy access to the shops and a 10 minute walk to manatee beach. The free trolley is a great way to get around and explore the island. Some me great places to eat like the Ugly Grouper and Mr, Bones. And you can get a draft beer for $1.50 on the Rod & Reel pier, and sit and watch the dolphins. Beware of the 'no see ums' some kind of sand gnat that loves to bite people! Only advice is to get your essentials at Dollar Tree rather than pay 4x price at Publix. It is a fantastic place and we will definitely go back😎

Awful Property Management

Our family stayed here for spring break and we purposely rented the property because it had a pool. However, the pool was closed the entire week! We contacted the property manager who did absolutely nothing and did not even follow up on the status. Also, it is a bit of a far walk to the beach and not really close as advertised in the listing.

We followed up on the situation just 26 minutes after the guest called reporting the pool closure, we informed them that they were at the incorrect pool and to follow the directions provided to the correct pool associated with this unit. Distance to beach is accurately depicted by the location map on the listing and confirmed correct by previous guest reviews.
