Wake up to birdsong and lounge outside in the hammock. Fully fenced private garden great for dogs.

Also includes: beach towels, beach umbrella and a clothes steamer.

The studio is designed to feel like a home away from home:

* Built in ducted air conditioning - cooling and heating. You control the temperature from the studio.
* A comfy queen bed.
* Two fold-away mattresses—a king single and a single—perfect for friends or children. Both can be tucked away during the day to keep the space open.
* A kitchenette with everything you need for quick and easy meals, including a stove burner, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee plunger and fridge.
* A BBQ and fully fenced garden
* And a beautiful, brand new outdoor shower area.


Plus, we’ve stocked the studio with Byron Bay Coffee, Byron Bay Cookies and nice, local tea.

We’ve also got you covered with the little things, like beach towels, beach umbrella and a clothes steamer.

Is the studio private?
Yes! It’s attached to our family home, but it has its own entrance and a fully fenced private garden area. There are no shared walls with living spaces or bedrooms.

How close is the beach?
It’s about a 10-minute walk.

What can I expect from the kitchenette?
The kitchenette is small but perfect for quick meals. It has a stove burner, microwave, toaster, fridge, coffee plunger and kettle. Though there’s no oven or kitchen sink, there is a BBQ outside.

Is off-street parking available?
Yes! There’s free street parking right in front of the house. If you’d prefer more secure parking, let us know. We’re happy to offer access to the gated driveway at no extra charge.

Can we bring our dog?
Non-shedding dogs are welcome! The garden is fenced, and there’s a great dog beach nearby. Let us know about your furry family member when booking, pre-approval is required.

We chose this particular neighborhood because it’s peaceful and green, yet just a short walk or bike ride to everything Byron has to offer—beaches, cafes, markets, and more. There’s a park right outside our front door and the soothing sounds of the ocean and birds in the background. It’s a place where you can wake up slow, walk to the beach, grab a coffee nearby, and still feel completely immersed in nature.
