Unwind in this charming unit located in Maylands, near the Swan River, Optus Stadium, Perth City & Perth Airport. Ideal for families, couples or singles traveling to Perth.
Enjoy the convenience of free onsite parking and a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. If you'd prefer not to cook, a variety of takeaway options are just 150m away, along with an IGA, bottle shop, and more within walking distance.
This is the ideal unit for all occasions being so central to everything.
This cozy unit can sleep up to 6 guests, offering the perfect stay for families or small groups.
Main Bedroom: Features a comfortable queen bed.
Second Bedroom: Equipped with a king single bed and a trundle that can be set up if needed. (It is tight with the trundle bed is set up and you cannot open and shut the door. I would suggest only using the trundle for kids.
Living Room: Includes a queen-sized sofa bed that can be set up and accommodate 2 guests.
The unit has 1 bathroom with a shower and vanity with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, hair straightener and other bathroom amenities for your convenience.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, with a well-stocked pantry with all your essentials.
The laundry room offers a washing machine, dryer, and complimentary cleaning products.
Enjoy the complimentary tea and coffee, and for a true coffee lover's experience, a coffee pod machine is available for your use.
If you have a baby, this unit can supply a portable cot, highchair, baby bath and kids' toys/books if need. This is all available on request.
The whole unit has ducted reverse cycle which will accommodate you with air-conditioning and heating in every room all year round.
Free onsite parking is provided for all guests.
You will have access to the whole unit. There will be a lockbox on arrival which will have the key in for you. You will receive access to all check-in information 48hrs before your stay.
The host will be available to assist you with everything you need throughout your stay. If you need anything prior, please don't hesitate to ask.
