Great location. Easy to walk to MCG and tram to get into city. Early morning runs around Botanic Gardens and Fitzroy Gardens. Communication with Tim was clear and punctual. Apartment was perfect, everything we needed, very clean, comfy beds, lovely linen. We would stay again!!

Richmond is right next to Melbourne's "sporting precinct" with Rod Laver Arena and the tennis mecca that houses the famous Australian Open and multiple concerts and events every year, as well as the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) which holds stadium events, cricket and Australian Football/AFL/Aussie Rules games during the long AFL season.

What makes this property unique

It's in a quiet pocket of Richmond, away from the many bars and restaurants but close enough you can walk to them all. You can also walk to the sporting precinct, or catch trams, buses or trains to anywhere within 10 mins walk
