Summary:
Located on the 36th floor of the prestigious Palladium tower, you'll enjoy the ultimate inner-city lifestyle with only a short distance to Crown Entertainment Complex, Southbank Promenade restaurants and bars, South Melbourne Market, Clarendon Street shopping precinct, South Whaft DFO, Arts Centre, Federation Square and access to public transport (train lines, buses and trams).

The Space:
As you step into this BRAND NEW great sized 2 bedroom + 1 bathroom home, you will be immediately captivated by the amazing floor to ceiling windows framing the views of our city. Plenty of natural light and a spacious open plan living comprising a contemporary kitchen fitted with stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, oven and gas cooking) and beautiful stone bench-top with mirrored splash backs.
The carpeted bedrooms come with mirrored built-in robes, both with windows and queen sized beds with hotel grade linen and beddings.

- Woolworth is on the ground level of the building, making access to fresh food a lot easier.

Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire apartment unit for the duration of their stay.

Great Family Stay

The apartment was perfect for our family weekend away. The location is very convenient to Southbank and a short walk to the free tram zone. Lots of great cafes nearby. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable and had a fantastic view over the city. The pool was a huge highlight for our kids.

Very clean, great views, close to crown casino and south bank. Woolworths supermarket below was handy. Excellent pool with great views.

Excellent appartment in convenient location

An amazing weekend with everything we needed in an extremely convenient location. Excellent communication with property manager and convenient woolworths on bottom floor. Our family of 4 enjoyed a short walk to the yarra and food areas, the aquarium and didnt have to worry about parking as the apartment had a spot.Everything you need for a weekend or a week with an amazing view from the 36th floor, pool and gym in the building. A short drive to the Yarra Valley for great food, wine and scenery - what more could you want!?

Great spot in easy Southbank location

Great view, parking ideal, great communication with host, well maintained complex, woolies on site. Key pickup easy if street open - stop outside, run in, pickup.

Melbourne Southbank Stay

The apartment was in a good location to walk to things in central Melbourne. It was well maintained, with a great night view over the city. One small niggle was the loud whistle of the wind under the hallway apartment door. Weather stripping or a long doorstop would probably fix that.

Great stay

Loved our three nights in Melbourne. Google seemed to lead us the long way on foot but we got there. The IGA where the keys are picked up from also stores luggage, 8 a bag. View was great as was location to cafes, restaurants, Convention centre, CBD, free tram etc. Loved the pool and managed to get to the gym to. Very handy having Woolworths at street level. We did have to wipe the grime off the balcony rail and table plus found some very mouldy bread and open chips in the cupboard above the fridge. Maybe the cleaners don’t like heights. Overall a very comfortable unit.

Property was lovely and had good facilities. Have no complaints about cleanliness. I was disappointed that there were no places to store our bags at the hotel. We had got off our flight early and couldn’t check in until 3pm so I had to cart our 3 suitcases and bags around, as well as control 2 young kids across the city while we looked for nearby bag storage. We also received a noise complaint and am unsure of why. My kids sometimes cry at bed time and don’t settle but we made no noise after 8:30pm and we were out all day. Keys had to be picked up at an IGA down the road which was also a little inconvenient for me with 2 young kids. Communications with host was fine, via email and text. Pool was amazing, had a great view and was heated.
