About this property

Moeraki village, family sized house stunning views, 50m to the beach.

Come and enjoy our holiday home with awesome views of the ocean. Its the perfect house to relax with a cuppa or a wine in the covered conservatory.
Large elevated house, open kitchen and dining area, with separate lounge. Modern kitchen including dishwasher.
Covered conservatory leading out to deck with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. Ramp access to the house.
Three bedrooms: queen, queen, and two singles- sleeps 6. Bedroom 4 with a bunk bed can only be used in summer as it's downstairs in the garage area.
Ample parking for car and boat.

House is located within 50m of the beach, and walking distance to the famous Moeraki Boulders.
5 min walk to the Fishwife and Moeraki Tavern. Close to wildlife, seals within walking distance and penguins within 5min drive. Moeraki Village is located approximately 25min drive from Oamaru, and 5min drive from Hampden.

Check in 3pm, check out 10am. Later times can be arranged, just ask.

The house was a wee bit hard to find at night in the dark. We found the property to be clean and tidy with everything we required and the awesome view was a bonus!
