Welcome to 'Lake House', a lovely waterfront Holiday Rental that offers the perfect blend of leisure and luxury at the pristine Culburra Beach, NSW. Pet-friendly, this exquisite residence ensures privacy and peace while pampering you with its charming lake views.

Designed for relaxation and recreation, this property can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in its appealing design and layout. The accommodation boasts four uniquely styled bedrooms with linen, extra pillows, blankets, and wardrobes. Cosy up with your favourite book, or simply drink in the magnificent serene lake views, knowing you're ensconced in ultimate comfort.

A dedicated car parking space, air conditioning, heaters, fans, and a fully equipped laundry with a washing machine and tumble dryer tick off all the boxes on your list of conveniences.

The fully-equipped kitchen and dining area includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, and coffee machine. A range of pantry items like coffee, tea, olive oil, salt, pepper, and sauces are at your disposal. Ensuring meal-times are memorable, we've also provided barbecue utensils for that perfect cookout!

Our living room welcomes you with its plush couch, Smart TV and Netflix, setting the right ambiance for leisurely evenings. A gamut of entertainment options from board games to children's books and toys, keeps everyone engaged, all ages included.

Step outdoors onto the inviting deck and let the sights and sounds of the surrounding nature cast their spell. And when the day fades into dusk, sit back with a glass of wine and savor the sun setting over the tranquil lake views.

For the work-from-home professionals, we offer a laptop-friendly workspace with free WiFi, so you can work uninterrupted while stealing glances at the jaw-dropping vistas.

Our name is Professional Holiday Homes and we aim to live up to the word “Professional” in everything we do. The formula for our properties is based on the award winning holiday homes created by our CEO.

Our approach to property management is that we want you to feel that the property is your own for a few days. As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.

What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.

We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.

As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.

Warrain Beach is Culburra’s surf beach and a major attraction where surfing, swimming, fishing and relaxing on fine white sands are popular activities. The Nowra Culburra Surf Lifesaving Club patrols the beach, south of Penguin Head. Culburra Beach Surf School offers surfing lessons and board hire.

Just north of Culburra are Crookhaven Heads Lighthouse and Crookhaven and Shoalhaven rivers, part of Australia’s Oyster Coast. You can taste succulent local oysters from Jim Wild’s Oyster Service at Greenwell Point, a charming village on the Crookhaven estuary and a short drive from Culburra.
