Free street parking is available for you and your guests, and fresh towels, quality linens, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for your convenience.

Please note that the property is situated on one of Pittsburgh`s characteristic hills. Guests must climb 10 exterior steps to reach the private walkway, followed by 4 additional steps to enter the home. There is no step-free access.

Pets may be considered with prior approval. A pet fee of $50 per pet, per night applies.

To help ensure a great experience for everyone, unauthorized visitors, parties, and excessive noise are not permitted.

Following your reservation, guests will be asked to complete identity verification, sign a rental agreement, and authorize a security deposit or purchase a damage waiver before check-in instructions are provided.

Please note, while we do enjoy hosting your pet on our property, the type allowed is at our discretion and there will be a charge of $250.00 per pet before Airbnb`s taxes and fees.

If you, your group, or your reservation details are comprised of one or more of the following, we kindly ask that you send a property inquiry PRIOR TO BOOKING to avoid cancelation. You can do so by clicking ‘contact host’ under the listing property description and should include more about yourself and your group, age range of the group, and the total number of guests which will be at the property (whether spending the night or not):

*Reservation check-in falling within 10 days of booking
If you do not send us an inquiry prior to booking as described above, we have the right to request cancellation due to us being uncomfortable with the reservation under Airbnb’s Instant Book Policy

1) No guests are permitted at the property without prior notice and approval; if guests are allowed, they are only permitted between the hours of 8am and 12am.

2) Excessive noise is prohibited and violators are subject to fines and penalties.
