Upscale Haven is a newly built 2-bedroom basement suite located in Devonshire Park, Transcona, Winnipeg. Just a 5-minute drive to grocery stores, a shopping mall, restaurants, and the cinema, our space offers comfortable furnishings, modern amenities, and a peaceful retreat perfect for both work and relaxation.

The space
Welcome to this modern 2-bedroom basement suite! One of the bedrooms is spacious and thoughtfully designed with a dedicated work area and an extra monitor, making remote work a breeze. The living area features a cozy setup with a 55-inch TV and access to multiple streaming services for your entertainment. The suite also includes a dining and kitchen area fully equipped with essential amenities, plus complimentary snacks and drinks. The bathroom is pristine and stylish—just what you’d expect from a newly constructed space. Relax and enjoy your stay in this comfortable and well-appointed retreat!

My girlfriend and I stayed in this suite for a week and were happy with it overall. The place was clean and had a modern feel, which we appreciated.The cupboards had some food items stocked, and there was coffee available, which was convenient. The fridge also had a few drinks for us and there were various chocolates, which was a nice touch.We liked having several streaming service options to choose from for watching shows in the evenings. There was also access to a washer and dryer, which made things easier during our stay.One thing to note is that it’s a basement suite, so there’s a flight of stairs to get in. It wasn’t a problem for us, but it might be something to consider if stairs are an issue.All in all, it was a good spot for our stay and had everything we needed.

A very comfortable stay

We stayed for a week while in Winnipeg, and appreciated the location, space, and welcoming touches. Host responded quickly to any questions. Great to have access to laundry facilities. We would definitely return. This would not be a good option for individuals with mobility issues (stairs, gravel walkway)

Super friendly people, fantastic place as was perfect for what we wanted and had many little extras. Would definitely try to get this place again if need a place to stay in the future
