SEEHAUS directly on Lake Wörthersee with its own beach

Our lake house renovated in 2011 with new additions (architecture award 'the best house' 2013, recognition - Kärtner Landesbaupreis 2012) is located in a very beautiful location directly on Lake Wörthersee. A large well-tended garden as well as a romantic bathing hut with beach chairs and an approx. 30 m long wooden footbridge (with charging point for e-boat) invite you to linger comfortably. The distance from the house to the lake (sole lake access) is approx. 70 m.

We loved this house so much! It was more than perfect! The location was perfect for our training days. The lake was perfect for our swimming and the run course was steps away. The host was very polite and helpful! Hope to visit again!

Krumpendorf Vacation

Lovely stay at the property. Was even nicer than the pictures, we were very pleased with the house and all the amenities included. Enjoyed swimming in the lake, the proximity to Klagenfurt and other local attractions. Great location on the run course of Ironman Austria! Use of the bikes for grocery shopping was extremely convenient. Great hosts with great communication!

Super Urlaub am Wörthersee!Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber.Ruhige Lage direkt am See mit vielen Möglichkeiten für sportliche Aktivitäten.Sehr guter Biobäcker am Ort.Essen in Krumpendorf etwas schwierig, aber Klagenfurt ist nicht weit und die Terasse lädt zum Grillen ein.Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Rundum einfach nur schön

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da. Die Lage des Hauses, die Ruhe am See, das türkisfarbene Wasser und das tolle Haus, aus dem man einen wunderbaren Blick hat, man kann gar nicht anders, als sich zu erholen. Die Vermieter sind ungewöhnlich nett. Es gibt gute Radwege und viele Ausflugsziele. Ganz in der Nähe ist Unser Caffe, eine Mischung aus Eisdiele, Cocktailbar, Cafe und Minigolf, alles sehr zu empfehlen. Die ganze Familie hatte Spaß und eir kommen sicher wieder.

Wunderschöne Seehaus

It was an absolutely beautiful place to stay for a week with family! Private beach on the lake and private dock, beautiful house with three bedrooms, great kitchen, and amenities. I would love to stay there again! Recommended 110%. Eine wunderschöne platz am Wörthersee mit Familie zu verbringen. Ich hoffe, ich kann wieder ein Mal besuchen! Danke danke!

Wunderschönes Haus direkt am See

Wir hatten mit unseren drei Kindern eine wundervolle Zeit. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage direkt am See und ist wirklich wunderschön mit einer sehr besonderen Architektur und stilvoll eingerichtet. Von fast allen Zimmern hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf den See oder auf den großen Garten mit alten Bäumen. Unser Favorit ist das historische Bootshaus, in dem man sich auch bei Regen super aufhalten kann. Der Steg ist ganz neu und perfekt für einen Sprung ins Wasser oder um entspannt das Treiben auf dem See zu beobachten. Uns hat besonders die ruhige Lage sehr gut gefallen. Die Kinder waren begeistert von Tretboot, Kajaks, Tischtennisplatte und der Feuerstelle, auf der man super Stockbrot machen kann. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Traumurlaub am See in einem Traumhaus

Wir haben das Haus und den Wörthersee sehr genossen. Das Haus ist in top Lage (die Bahnlinie hat uns nicht gestört) am See, mit allem Komfort und schickem Design. +sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter - 1000 Dank dafür, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Großzügiges Ferienhaus mit Seezugang

Unsere Vermieter, die Familie Pirker waren wirklich um uns bemüht. Wir konnten den Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus mit all den Möglichkeiten am Wasser nutzen. Außerdem ist Klagenfurt nur einen Katzensprung entfernt, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Kurzum eine runde Sache.

Tolle Ferienwoche direkt am See

Das moderne Haus kombiniert mit dem grossen Garten, dem Badesteg und einem historischem Badehäuschen bietet alles, was das Herz bei einem Sommerurlaub begehrt: Von Schwimmen bis zum eigenen Tretboot, Paddelboote und Tischtennistisch - alles ist vorhanden, in bestem Schuss und nur für uns! Für jede Neigung der Familienmitglieder war das Richtige vorhanden: Erholung, Sportaktivitäten aller Art, Radfahren, Wandern, Schwammerlsuchen, Ausflüge (Nach Udine ist es ein Katzensprung ;-)), Nachtleben (auch nach Felden ist's nicht weit), Bummeln in Klagenfurt und vieles mehr. Und wenn es einmal regnet, ist das Haus gemütlich und geräumig zum Lesen und Faulenzen.

Spätsommer Ferien

Wir waren 3 Pärchen und haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Krumpendorf verbracht. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen - traumhafter Blick auf den See - herrliche ruhige Lage. Freizeitmöglichkeiten ausreichend vorhanden (auch ein Kanu kann kentern ;-) ). Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Erholung am Wörthersee

Der eigene Seezugang und das topmoderne Haus, sowie das kleine romantische Fischerhäuschen unten am See sind sehr empfehlenswert! Wir waren mit zwei Jungs (11 und 12 Jahre alt) dort und beide Buben sagten einstimmig: "Das war der beste Urlaub!" Jederzeit konnten die Kinder runter an den See und vieles entdecken und unternehmen, bspw. Tierbeobachtungen, Treetboot fahren, schwimmen, tauchen oder heimlich spätabends im Fischerhäuschen sitzen und lesen. Es wurde täglich im Garten Fussball und Tischtennis gespielt. Für Familien mit Kindern ist das Haus wirklich sehr zu empfehlen, weil die Kinder sich wie zu Hause fühlen können und auch mal ohne Eltern sein dürfen. Das Haus ist nagelneu und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es hat zu Recht einen Architektenpreis gewonnen. Das Anwesen ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung und die verbauten Materialien sind hochwertig und alles funktionierte tadellos. Wir wurden von der Vermieterseite sehr gut betreut! Wir empfehlen Wanderungen ins Maltatal, zu den Gößfällen, Pyramidenkogel mit Runterrutschen, Minimundus und viel Schwimmen im badewasserwarmen und supersauberen Wörthersee.

Traumurlaub für die ganze Familie

Mit unseren zwei erwachsenen Söhnen samt zwei Enkelkindern verbrachten wir unvergesslich schöne Tage im geräumigen, gepflegten Seehaus Pirker. Das Haus bietet jeglichen Komfort (Geschirrspülmaschine, Waschmaschine, etc.), die Nähe zum See ist einfach super. Das hauseigene Tretboot wurde täglich mindestens einmal genutzt. Entweder um mit den Kleinen zur nahen, seichten Übungsstelle für Schwimmanfänger zu strampeln, oder als "Begleitboot" zur Überquerung des Sees. Der große Garten, die Möglichkeit den ganzen Tag im Freien zu verbringen, die Seeluft zu schnuppern, zwischendurch eine Runde Ping Pong, zufriedene und glückliche Menschen um sich zu haben - das war ein wunderschöner Urlaub! Die täglichen Besuche "unseres" Eichkätzchens, das man morgens beobachten konnte, werde ich nicht vergessen. Und selbstverständlich die Nähe zu Pörtschach, Klagenfurt und Velden, und zum Affenberg Burg Landskron. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und haben uns gut betreut. Es war für die ganze Familie ein wunderschöner und erholsamer Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Fanny und Familie
