Location was excellent. We had easy access to places we wanted to see in Vancouver by walking or public transportation. The host, Serena, was friendly and very helpful. The condo was very, clean, comfortable and spacious, while the kitchen was well equipped. The building has an excellent security system. Our family enjoyed the whole experience.

There was excellent communication with the owner and personal support at check in. Location was perfect for us, but we would advise anyone sensitive to noise- this may not be for you. It’s a busy part of the city near a fire house and hospital- sirens galore! Suggestions for improvements I’ll address directly with the owner, but overall it was a good place to share with two other couples. We liked having three separate bedrooms. Pre-arrival communication was excellent!

This is a spacious / comfortable apartment in Central Vancouver the three bedroom layout is very unusual, as is the large amount of space in an apartment. The building was well maintained with easy to find parking. We would be pleased to stay there in the future.

We had a very nice stay. You need to be ready to navigate some of the complexities of urban apartment life (underground parking, layers of building security, etc), but it all worked out fine for us. Location was great and we walked almost everywhere we needed to go. Plenty of space for the four of us. Thank you!

Everything about our stay was absolutely amazing! Serena is a wonderful host, very responsive and always available to answer queries! Her place is perfect in every way. Plenty of room for six adults, great open kitchen/dining/living room space and easy access from the airport. The location is ideal for walking everywhere downtown! Absolutely perfect!!!

The building location was close to shops and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have access to a parking spot. The check in process with the key fobs and remote access by the owner was not convenient, although the owner was very responsive. The condo was not that clean, especially the bathrooms. The unit was very warm with no Ac, even in the evenings with windows open and fans on. The bath towels were cheap and very small. The living room furniture was not comfortable and one of the sofas was very worn. It looked like the floors and baths had been updated. There are just other aspects of the unit need to also be updated.

We had a great stay in Vancouver at this apartment, the location was amazing and centeal and it was well equipped for our family needs. Serena was very helpful from the beginning until we checked out. We definitely recommend this apartment to other travellers.
