Situated in the heart of Melbourne's CBD, a short walk from Crown Casino & Southern Cross Station, this cosy apartment offers free WiFi, air con and home comforts such as a microwave, washing machine, dryer and coffee maker. Ideally located in the Collins Street precinct, features a pool with views, Gym, Sauna and hot tub on level 33.
The city view apartment has 1 bedroom, a living room, a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower.
1) Please respect the neighbors by keeping the noise levels at a respectable level.
2) We love pets but please do not let them on furniture and Pets are not to be left alone in the apartment.
3) No Smoking allowed inside the accommodation at any time.
4) Strictly No Parties
5) All food to be removed from the fridge / Used coffee pods from the coffee machine.
6) All dishes have to be washed and put away.
7) Dishwasher to be emptied.


We ask for these small tasks to be done to keep down the cleaning fee.

The apt is centrally located and within easy walking distance of all the downtown areas. Trams are just outside the front door and will take you all around the CBD free of charge. Our host was quick to respond to any inquiries and was extremely helpful. The apt was the perfect size for a couple with easy check-in and checkout. Thanks again to our hosts for an amazing stay.
