Tucked away on a quiet street, this home is just a 5-minute stroll to Malua Bay Beach – ideal for swimming, surfing, or simply soaking up the sun. Nearby, you'll find local cafés, an IGA, takeaway spots, and a beachfront playground. For day trips, Batemans Bay is only 15 minutes north, offering waterfront dining, shopping, and attractions like Mogo Wildlife Park and Clyde River cruises. Broulee and Moruya are also close by for markets, surf breaks, and scenic walks.

For anything beyond the basics or specific to your needs, we recommend bringing your own to ensure a comfortable stay.
