The Space:
This spacious coastal retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and stunning views.

Upper Level
The main level features two well-appointed bedrooms, each with a queen bed, plus a central bathroom with a separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need, including a pod-style coffee machine to start your mornings right. The open-plan living and dining area is bathed in natural light, with front and rear decks providing the ideal spot to relax and take in the breathtaking lake and ocean views. There are 2 porta cots (bring your own linen) & a highchair for guest use.

Lower Level (External access only)
This laundry facilities are located on the ground floor. Access to the rest of the ground floor is not available when the upstairs only is booked.

The backyard leads directly onto the Tuross Head Golf Course, offering easy access for golf lovers. While the grounds are not fully fenced, a custom-built, fenced, and gated pet run ensures a secure space for your small furry friends to enjoy.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the upper level of the property, as well as the laundry only on the lower level and all outdoor spaces, with the exception of a store room on the ground floor and the garden shed, which are not accessible.

Upper Level: Entry is via the front deck. This level includes the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas, two queen bedrooms, a bathroom with a separate toilet, and front and rear decks with beautiful views.

The rear garden backs directly onto the Tuross Head Golf Course, providing plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. While the property is not fully fenced, a custom-built, fenced, and gated pet run is available for those bringing small pets.

Off street carport and driveway parking is available. Please do not park on the grass.

Nestled in the heart of Tuross Head, Coila Avenue is a quiet residential street offering a peaceful and relaxing coastal escape. Our charming seaside village is surrounded by natural beauty, with pristine beaches, tranquil lakes, and scenic walking and cycling tracks all within easy reach.

Tuross Head is a haven for outdoor lovers, boasting excellent fishing spots, kayaking areas, and the stunning Tuross Lake. The coastal cycleway provides a picturesque route along the water, while the nearby golf course offers a leisurely round with breathtaking views.

For dining and essentials, local cafés, restaurants, and the Tuross Head Country Club are just a short drive away. Whether you're here to unwind or explore, Tuross Head offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure.

Many other golf courses are just short drive away - Moruya 18mins, Narooma 29 mins, Catalina 42 mins & Bermagui just 57 minutes away.

• Minimum 7 night stay during peak summer season.

Guest Registration and Acceptance of Terms - Upon booking confirmation you will receive an automated message containing a link to our Guest Registration & Terms Acceptance form. This form must be completed within 24 hours of booking acceptance or your booking may be canceled. The form requires you to read and accept the terms and conditions as well as provide your valid photo ID. Please contact prior to booking should you have any queries at all.

Pets - Prior to making a booking please make us aware that you plan on bringing a pet. Small dog permitted indoors, larger outdoor only please. A fee of $55 is applicable for each pet and there are associated terms and conditions. Pets must not be left at the property by themselves for any long periods (ie, more than 15 mins) as it can lead to them feeling distressed in a new environment and disturb neighbours with extended howling & barking. You must bring all supplies for your pet. Bedding, food & water bowls, toys etc. Pets are not permitted on the furnishings or in the bedroom areas.

Security Deposit - A refundable guest security deposit of $300.00 applies at SeaView @ Tuross Head. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb bookings. 

Guests numbers must not exceed the number of guests stated on the booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 4 persons including adults & children.

Large group bookings, parties or events are not accepted at SeaView @ Tuross Head. The property is non smoking internally.
