This is a completely private apartment, so you won’t be sharing it with anyone. While there’s no dedicated parking space, free street parking is available nearby with 1-2 hour limits during most of the day. Paid parking is available on Morphett St and around the building on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note, special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Cancellations & Date Changes
• Please ensure your travel dates are correct before booking, as we’re unable to offer flexibility outside of the cancellation policy.
• This applies to all situations, including any unfortunate incidents, travel disruptions, personal circumstances, or government restrictions.
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen changes to your plans.
Parties, Noise & Violations
• No parties or events are permitted. The property is located in a residential area with families and neighbours who we ask you to respect.
• Any breach (including excessive noise) may result in:
- Immediate cancellation of your booking
- Additional charges or fines
- Security or police being contacted if required
• Please observe quiet hours between 10:00pm and 7:00am.
• If you’re planning a night out, we encourage you to enjoy the local venues and return home quietly.
Liability
• Guests are responsible for their own belongings during their stay. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft.
• By staying at the property, you accept responsibility for your own safety and that of your group. The host is not liable for any injury or incident during your stay.
Guest Requirements
• The booking guest must be 21 years or older.
• Only the number of guests included in the booking are permitted at the property. No additional visitors.
• Infants are welcome; however, the property is not specifically childproofed, and guests must assess suitability at their own discretion.
• Please treat the home and its contents with care and respect at all times.
During Your Stay
• By booking, you agree that the host or maintenance team may access the property if required:
- Urgent issues: minimum 1 hour notice
- Non-urgent issues: at least 24 hours notice
• We provide 1 towel per guest. Additional towels or linen are not supplied, so please plan accordingly for longer stays.
• We only provide a limited amount of amenities such as coffee pods, toilet paper, dishwashing tablets etc. You may bring your own amenities as required.
• No smoking inside the property. Smoking indoors will result in additional cleaning charges.
• Please leave the property in a reasonably tidy condition.
• No pets allowed.
Damage & Lost Keys
• If anything is damaged during your stay, please notify us as soon as possible. We appreciate your honesty.
• Keys should be kept secure and ideally attached to your personal key set.
• Lost keys will require a locksmith and lock replacement, which will be charged to the guest.
• Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.
Important Notes
• From time to time, there may be construction or external works nearby. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control, and we’re unable to offer compensation if it occurs.
• Occasional building or area-wide outages (very rare) are also outside our control.
• This is a private property for your exclusive use during your stay.
