Both bedrooms feature plush queen beds layered with crisp white linens and sea-toned cushions. Each room includes a built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan for added comfort, while gentle lighting creates a calming atmosphere for rest. The bathroom features a shower over the bath, vanity, and complimentary toiletries. Although the spa jets are not operational, the deep bath remains a welcome indulgence after a day in the sun.

Reverse-cycle air conditioning ensures comfort through every season. You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself with easy smart-lock entry and a dedicated parking space.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
