The property was very nice and roomy for my family. We come from Florida with concrete floors so keeping my 10 year old from stomping when he walked was a chore as wood floors is not something he was used too. Daisy was amazing she was in constant contact and also greeted you at the property for check in and departure.

Rooms were quite comfortable, nice beds and everyone had their own room which was great. There were a few minor issues during our stay and some basic things were missing but host responded promptly and very kindly brought over anything we needed. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

We were a family of 5 adults. 3 bedrooms were sufficient, but one bathroom was a bit of a drag. Each bedroom had colorful decor and bedding, but unfortunately the beds were each missing a top sheet. Some BNB's offer no top sheet but usually the duvet cover is removable and washed after each stay, not in this case. The "quilt" was a cheap cover and did not feel clean. There were not enough dishes, nor cutlery. We enjoyed the covered deck, however, twinkle lights would have been nice to enjoy the evening longer. There was one bright light bulb only, to see by. We were not told there were tenants in the lower unit and were told to be aware of any noise we made. We were not a rowdy bunch at all. The location was good, easy to get around to restaurants. We felt it was not great value for the money.

I feel so sorry for your feelings that way. We followed a high standards of cleanliness in our spots, and I used to work for a hotel. We wash all the beddings, including the duvet cover, bed sheets, pillow cases, towels and bath flooring towel for each booking, and we use Lysol spray and wipe all the furniture in the room and bathroom-the toilet, the sink & counter, the mirror, the glass, wall and bathtub each time to make sure the cleanliness. We should have communicated about it if I knew you would concern about it. But back then, you were very busy because you only stayed 2 nights.I didn’t had a chance to talk with you about it. I didn’t get a chance entering the space for respecting your privacy. The decor might not your type but please trust me that the cleanliness is our priority and I’m a 4.96 point super host in Airbnb where I usually get most of the bookings for all my listings. Thank you again though and welcome back to stay with me again and hope you have a different experience next time! Best regards!

This property was in a very excellent location. It was an easy walk to public transportation and restaurants. The host was very quick to respond to my communication. We enjoyed our stay!
