This large apartment is set over a single level of the Yacht Harbour Towers building, and includes four bathrooms and bedrooms: two with king beds and two with queen beds.

A well-equipped, open plan kitchen makes catering a breeze.

Comfort.
This apartment has everything you need to relax into island life - air-conditioning throughout, a Nespresso coffee machine and a private buggy for your exclusive use. All of your towels and linen, including beach towels, are also provided. This property includes a selection of 50ml Aesop products (1 x Shampoo, 1 x Conditioner, 1 x Body Cleanser, and 1 x Body Balm) provided in all bathrooms.

Pool.
Cool off after a day exploring the island in the complex's shared pool.

Family-friendly.
This apartment is a great option for families with young children, as well as groups or even couples wanting a little extra space.

Buggy.
This property includes 1x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free

Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
