There is ample PAID parking in the carpark at the front of the property. Some spaces you can park for free. Please refer to parking signs for more information.



Parking is within a 20 - 50 meter walk to the apartment front door.



• Strict No-Party Policy: Parties, gatherings, or events of any kind are not allowed. Hosting a party at the property will result in an immediate $1000 fine plus the cost of any damages.



• Late Checkout Fee: Guests who stay past the 10 AM checkout time without prior approval will be charged a minimum of $50.



• Porta Cot: A porta cot is available upon request for $50 per stay.



*For same-day bookings, a 3:00 PM check-in may not always be possible due to our cleaning schedule. We will have the property ready for you as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
