To clarify, the property was exactly as advertised, with clear instructions and address details. After checking in, you left within approximately 10–15 minutes without identifying any issue with the accommodation. As there was no problem with the property, I was unable to approve a refund. I have hosted several guests here who have had very positive experiences.

Great Host and Super Clean, Modern Place.

We had a wonderful stay here!.The place was spotless, modern, and exactly like the photos. Everything was well organized and comfortable, which made it easy to settle in right away. The host was amazing — very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the stay. They really made sure I had everything I needed. You can tell they care about the guest experience. I’d definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again!

The host was very responsive and polite. The only disappointment was that it appeared the preparation for us was rushed. The bathroom had a mess around the sink counter, there was a wash bucket in the tub. We believe the living room carpet was missed when cleaning the floors. Because it is a basement apartment, there was a lot of foot traffic heard above us. We believe the host tried their best to manage this.

We would like to clarify that the bucket in the tub is a shower bucket intentionally provided for guests, particularly families with young children. Regarding the noise, we addressed the footsteps immediately when they were brought to our attention. We take cleanliness seriously and did not observe the issues mentioned during our inspection, but we appreciate the feedback and will continue striving to provide the best possible experience for our guests.
