The home is spacious & located near a nice park walking path. The driveway needs to be fully redone as your car will scrape entering & exiting and the driveway itself is torn up in spots. The rooms are spacious and nice size bathrooms but floor could be cleaned better and the kitchen has very limited supplies. It worked ok for our needs but we only stayed 3 days and mostly ate out for lunches & dinners.

Home was not cleaned. Host was easy to reach and sent a cleaning crew but it was very apparent the sheets were the only thing changed. Quilts were the exact same and not clean. House was nice but did not seem to be cleaned much at all and we had to clean ourselves, not use the quilts and rewash towels as they did now feel or smell clean.

Beds were comfortable however kitchen did not have much to work with. Two pots and pans for cooking-very minimal. Plumbing was old, showers were low pressure.

The house was a caos when I arrived, it looked like they started to clean but never finished. I informed the host prior two weeks prior to my arrival that I would not be arriving until the morning after the original check in date due to chances on my schedule so they had more than enough time to get the house ready. One room had a broken bed; mattress leaning against wall, bedding on floor; no TP in the bathrooms or in house, I found dead bugs in two bedrooms, the living room had not been swept, even a dirty QTip on the floor under dining table. I called VRBO and host. Host sent a packet of TP (left out of front door) and a maintenance person to fix bed. Nobody was ever sent to finish cleaning of the house. I asked for a night’s refund plus the clean fee refunded. The host refunded a discounted night not the cleaning fee,

This is a nice house. All the living spaces are upstairs and parking is limited to two vehicles, but all in all it was clean, spacious and centrally located to the activities we planned for our stay. I would recommend this location.

July 4th Weekend FSU Visit Accommodations

Stay overall was good. The interior of the house was nicely decorated with ample privacy and space. Good location, but driveway needs to be repaired. Big cracks and missing concrete in the driveway is a big hazard for twisted ankle or fall. Also, getting into and out of the driveway is very difficult, especially with tree branches blocking road visibility to exit out of driveway. Broken driveway concrete makes it very difficult to enter driveway from road with a very large dip.
