Klein und renovierungsbedürftig

Wir waren zur Trial EM in Isola 2000. Für unsere Zwecke (schlafen, duschen, kochen) war die Wohnung ausreichend. Mit ein paar Renovierungen und anderen Betten könnte man mehr aus der Wohnung machen.

Small and cold

Isola 2000 is a fantastic ski-resor, close to Nice etc. and we have been here many times. Now, staying with Hotels.com/Vrbo. If you =Hotels.com direct yourselves towards international customers, it is an advantage is someone speaks one more language than French. Both, for the owner and the one helping out with keys (a very friendly young gentleman). The apartment had zero information at hand. Not until we got hold of the owner (not the contact at Isola) did we with difficulty receive information about where the skies can be kept (rudimentary for a ski-resort). Furthermore, the heating was not working in the bathroom and the whole apartment was very cold. The local help knew this. We had to heat up with the stove. The light in the bathroom did not work when we came and the local gentleman gave us one new bulb instead of the two that was needed - pretty dark. Last, but not least - the room was extremely small. With the wall attached bed down, there was no possiblity to walk around.
