Check-in is a breeze with self check-in via a lockbox located on-site at the apartment. All details and easy access information are sent the day before your arrival.

Direct access to main thoroughfares, and several bus routes available on your door step.

Bring a car if need be as you'll enjoy FREE parking on site.



The Neighborhood:

Formerly an exclusive enclave for wealthy merchants and politicians, the West Perth suburb is now part of the inner mixed zone. The suburb has a relatively high proportion of miners, consultants, and especially medical specialists as compared with the Perth CBD. Streets such as Colin Street, Ord Street, and Outram Street have a significant percentage of high density residential buildings. Most retail outlets, cafes and bars are located on Hay Street, which is the main commercial zone for the suburb.

Closer to the CBD, the eastern edge of the suburb features both the Watertown brand outlet complex and the City West complex.

Getting Around:

Public Transport (Bus and Train)

"City West" train station is very close by aprx 8min walk. You can catch a train on the Fremantle Line, which will take you directly into Perth CBD & takes under 5mins! If you're heading further out, the stations along this line connect to other parts of the city.

Bus Options - there are several bus stops around the apartment to choose from depending on your destination.



Taxi/Ride-Share

A quick drive to the Perth Central Business District (CBD) is aprx 2km and typically takes about 5 minutes depending on traffic.

Perth Airport Distance: aprx 15 km, aprx 20 minutes drive

Kings Park: also aprx 1.5 km away, or 5-min drive, and a great spot for beautiful views and walks, see wildlife & native fauna.

Subiaco: adjacent to Subiaco aprx 2.5 kms.



Walking

If you enjoy walking, you can easily explore the local area on foot. The CBD is a pleasant 15–20min walk. Kings Park is also just a short stroll away aprx 1.5 kms from the apartment.



Cycling

West Perth is very bike-friendly! You can rent a bike (many bike-share services around) and head into the CBD or around nearby areas.

Perth Cultural Centre, Art Gallery of WA, Perth Library, Elizabeth Quay (waterfront views, cafes, walking paths).



Kings Park and Botanic Gardens:

One of the largest inner-city parks in the world, walking trails, stunning views over the city and Swan River, Botanic Garden featuring unique Australian flora.



Northbridge Attractions:

Vibrant nightlife, diverse eateries, Perth Institute of Contemporary Arts (PICA), Northbridge Piazza (outdoor films and events).



Cottesloe Beach

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:



📋 Rental Agreement

→ Only the stated number of guests are allowed.

→ Booking constitutes a legally binding Rental Agreement between Guest and Host/Agent:

Property is rented “as is” for the dates and fee shown in the invoice

→ Breaches (e.g. unauthorized guests, parties, pets) may result in eviction and additional charges



📝 Use of Property & Amenities

→ Property is for residential use only and must be kept clean and sanitary

→ Amenities like hot tubs, pools, spas, fireplaces, and decks are used at guest’s own risk, especially with children.

→ No illegal activity or drug use, this will be reported to authorities

→ Guests must not disturb or endanger neighbours.



🚫 Liability Waiver

→ Guests accept all risks during their stay.

→ Host is not liable for injury, loss, or death on or near the property or using amenities.



🔐Access & Security

→ Lockouts: $200 fee, payable before re-entry

→ Lost/unreturned keys, fobs, remotes: $200 per set

→ Emergency fire call-outs: full charges passed to guest if triggered by misuse.



💵 Extra fees:

→ Non-registered guests: $50 per person, per night

→ No illegal drugs or smoking indoors: $250 fee for deodorizing

→ Smoking damage outdoors (furniture, decking, etc.): $250 fee

→ Pets not allowed, unless approved in writing – $250 penalty + cleaning fees

→ Excess rubbish/cleaning, improper bin use, and missing/damaged items will be charged accordingly.

→ Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out: May incur a fee starting from $100, depending on how long the early or late stay is.



💳 Cancellations & Refunds

→ Full refund: cancel within 48 hrs of booking if check-in is 14+ days away

→ 50% refund: cancel or change dates at least 7 days before check-in

→ No refund: cancellations or date changes made within 7 days of check-in



⚖️ Default & Legal Action

→ Failure to comply may result in:

– Immediate removal from the property

– Loss of rental fees and bond

– Recovery of any legal, cleaning, or repair costs from the guest



📜 Governing Law

→ This Agreement is governed by the laws of Western Australia.

→ Booking confirms acceptance of all terms outlined above.
