Brina is an excellent host, super in communication and quick responder. We had a very smooth check-in process. We had first issue after bought groceries and ready to cook dinner then found out the stove and oven couldn’t be turned on. We thought the breaker switch could be turned off but could not find out where the breaker box location at. So sent a message to Brina in the late evening, surprisingly within 10 minutes we got the answer from Brina and we could cook the dinner. Apartment located at easy reach to city center by walking, kitchen is fully equipped. We enjoyed to stay there eight days.

Fast trip

Came over from Brisbane to surprise a family friend for her 90th Birthday. Needed a 2 bedroom & 2 x bathroom which are hard to come by for only 2 nights. Brina was easy to communicate with & we arrived late in the evening so was an easy self checkin. Accommodation was in an excellent position so easy to get around & caught the train down to Mandurah

The location is good for the downtown area and the instructions for access were good and undercover parking. The unit is comfortable with 2 beds and 2 baths. Downside - The TV does not work no matter what you try - It says no signal. Air con is noisy and old looking in the lounge. There are no air cons in the bedrooms. Small floor fans in the bedrooms are quite noisy. There are random food and personal cleaning products in the kitchen and bathrooms - probably from other guests. A window cleaner on a rope dropped out of nowhere past the verandah while our curtains were open. This seemed a bit dodgy - privacy and safety wise. The unit could be updated a bit to make it a much nicer stay for guests

What we love most is being able to step out and walk to so many of Perth’s highlights. Whether it's a family picnic in Kings Park, a riverside stroll to Elizabeth Quay, or a quick coffee run into the city—everything is nearby, but without the hustle and noise of the inner city.

It’s a safe, quiet area that still gives you easy access to public transport, restaurants, attractions, and nature—perfect for families who want to explore Perth at their own pace.
