Welcome to "Rooftop on Sheen", an exclusive holiday rental nestled right in the heart of the vibrant and picturesque neighborhood of Subiaco, WA. This apartment is a true urban oasis, perfect to host four guests with impressive comfort and elegance.

The amazing extras of this first floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment are up on the rooftop with the breathtaking views.

This is where the huge resident’s lounge is with a fitted TV, library, alfresco dining area, open-air cinema, dual Beefeater BBQs and several open lounge areas around the terrace for you to relax on.

Bedroom 2: 1 x double bed

The rooftop's indoor entertaining area has been cleverly designed hand in hand with celebrity foodie Rob Broadfield, so you can experiment in the amazing Loggia MasterChef kitchen.
You can use the fully equipped gym and then unwind in the steam room.

You will be greeted by lush greenery as soon as you step out of the lift to this first-floor apartment.

The open-plan kitchen enjoys the abundance of light from this peaceful garden vista, and you will be able to enjoy the cross breeze in the apartment between this greenery area and the large entertaining balcony.

Free Wifi and split system reverse cycle air-conditioning (heating/cooling).

The kitchen has Smeg stainless steel appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, induction cooktop, rangehood, oven, Fisher & Paykel double door fridge, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The breakfast bench has 2 stools beneath the downlights. Complimentary starter pack of tea, coffee, and long-life milk are provided.

The newly carpeted dining area has a table and seating for 6.

The lounge area has a 5-seater leather lounge plus a swivel armchair, flat-screen TV, coffee tables, a floor lamp plus blackout blinds, and curtains.

Sliding doors lead out onto the balcony with a 4-seater comfortable lounge suite, which looks onto the leafy street below.

The Master has a King bed, split system aircon, bedside tables with lamps, mirrored wardrobe and private ensuite with shower and toilet. This room opens out onto its own private balcony.

The second bedroom has a Double bed, bedside tables with lamps and has its own entrance to the outside garden area.

The main bathroom has a shower, toilet, and single vanity basin. Complimentary starter pack of guest amenities supplied in each bathroom.
Commercial quality bed and bath linen plus beach towels provided.

The discrete laundry positioned separately to the bathroom has an LG front loader, Simpson dryer and trough.

Undercover parking for 2 small cars included.

The location is so convenient with all amenities within walking distance from your doorstep- train station at Subiaco Square, Woolworth, Coles, Target, cafes, and restaurants galore, and St John of God Hospital to name a few.

Leafy Subiaco is a suburb centered on bustling Rokeby Road, with small boutiques and high-end cosmetics shops amid the stylish cafes, wine bars, trattorias, and gastropubs. The landmark 1930s Regal Theatre hosts live music and comedy, while Subiaco Arts Centre is a modern space for exhibits, rock shows, and edgy plays. Concerts are also held outside in the lush surrounding Theatre Gardens.

No host to greet us and the entry instructions I found a bit confusing but once we were inside we were very happy with our appartment. Clean with a pleasant lemon smell when we entered and good size rooms and bathrooms each. Well stocked kitchen, comfy lounge area and plenty of towels and toiletries. Outside the kitchen window and or, unfortunately, a huge dead weed and dead plants detracted a little. Nice balcony off the lounge and my bedroom.Again, when leaving, No instructions about where to leave key etc and number and email address provided were not connected, so it was lucky we didn’t require any assistance while here. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay, handy to shops and just 5 minutes from our friends’ who were collecting us daily. Would recommend and would stay again
