Welcome to your Kelowna escape on a quiet street in the vibrant North End neighbourhood. This cozy 1-bedroom lower level suite is just steps from breweries, cafes, restaurants, parks, Knox Mountain, and the lake - and only a short walk to downtown.

This hidden gem is perfect for couples, solo travelers, travel nurses or digital nomads. With a well supplied full kitchen, strong wifi, comfy bedding, a dedicated desk space, and a relaxing patio - the suite is a great choice for any traveler. 🙂🌈

The suite is newly renovated with thoughtful details and quality finishes. The bedroom is spacious enough for a queen bed and has a large closet with built-ins for storage.

The kitchen is well equipped with full size appliances including a dishwasher. There is plenty of storage in the cupboards, island, and pantry space. You can choose to dine at the island or on the lift-top coffee table.

An incredibly comfortable couch anchors the living room, perfect for relaxing on at the end of a day of wine touring or hiking. Login and watch your favourite streaming app on the Roku TV (no cable) and turn on the electric fireplace for some added ambience.

Guest will be provided with a door code to access the suite and will have the entire unit to themselves throughout their stay. Street parking is plentiful & free.

We live on the property and will leave you to enjoy your stay unless you have questions, concerns, or need a dinner recommendation - then we're just a message away.

The outdoor space abuts our yard & driveway, but we have set it up so that you have as much privacy as possible. It is a cozy spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

The suite is in the lower level of our home, accessed via stairs. Two adults and one cute dog live upstairs.

We are keeping our prices lower while there is a temporary construction office across the street. It is rarely noisy, just not as pretty as being across from a park.

Secure storage for bikes or boards/skis can be arranged. 🚲⛷

Cute little basement suite. The location was nice as it was a quick walk to the cultural district and downtown but still had lots going on. Place was clean, organized and felt very homey with everything we could need.

What a great place and nicely renovated. It has everything you need for your stay and a few extra touches which makes it even better. We would definitely stay here again when visiting in the area. Thanks for such a great place.

Everything was very clean and thoughtfully appointed. The space was a perfect landing spot for checking out Kelowna. We could walk in 10 mins to the downtown core and restaurants. The owners even left the lights on for our arrival and shared a few goodies for our stay.

Great Place

We really enjoyed our weekend stay. This place was newly renovated and it was very cozy. All the kitchen supplies you would need. Even a container of coffee!!! Susan responded quickly to our needs and will definitely stay again if we are in the areaPat

Kelowna gem

Spent a wonderful 3 nights at this lovely place. We loved the location- a 1/2 mile walk to great places to eat- and only a 15 minute walk to the cultural downtown area. The apartment is so cute and had absolutely everything a person could ask for- the kitchen was well appointed and very user friendly. We particularly enjoyed the AC on this warm week. It was nice to know the hosts were onsite and available and easy to reach but also kept to themselves and we felt full privacy for our stay. We loved our time in Kelowna and would return here for our next visit!

A lovely, well set up, bright, basement suite. All the little extras to make it an easy get away…spices, coffee, plastic wrap. Very quiet and very new. On the north end of downtown, which has a homeless encampment close, was the own downside to this beautiful home away from home. We will definitely look at staying for a future visit to Kelowna.

Hidden upgrade! This property is on the edge of downtown, some may find the neighbourhood a little tired but the owners have done a fantastic job of renovating the space as seen in the photos. Well lit path from street to door, with everything you need inside!
