Easy check in process ;very well equipped condo. Comfortable bed. Great views and location right next to lakeside walking path and walking distance to many restaurants Would stay here again for sure.

PLEASE READ!!! Beware of false communication with host. The host neglected to inform me before or during booking that alarm system testing would be done during the entire 3 days I was there. Alarms started at 8:15 a.m. and went all day. The host Wayne, texted me morning of day 1 and told me to let inspectors into the condo. I WAS SHOCKED, because I was on my vacation and I wasn't pleased that I should have to be woken up so early with loud noises, and this went on all day. I told host this was not part of the amenities and I'm not pleased with not having the option to cancel my booking ahead of time. OBVIOUSLY HE DIDN'T WANT TO LOSE ANY MONEY. !!!ALSO, THE FRIDGE WAS MAKING LOUD BANGING NOISES DURING THE ENTIRE DAY AND NIGHT.When I told the host of this issue, he told me to close the bedroom door. I found that rude and very ignorant. THE HOST GHOSTED ME AND DIDN'T RESPOND TO ANY OF MY REQUESTS FOR REDUND. I CONTACTED VRBO AND COMPLAINED. HOST SAYS HE WON'T REDUND ME ANYTHING. SO I'LL MAKE A CLAIM IN COURT. I had to put up with noise day and night. Also, there is construction going on outside the building and it was annoying to here beep beep beep from construction trucks.

Our second stay at Wayne's beautiful condo and we loved it again! Views are the best, Wayne is great to communicate with, condo is lovely and clean with all amenities plus items like laundry soap, sugar, dish soap etc.. we will definitely book again! Thank you!

I would prefer not to say how perfect things were as then others will book it and possibly at the same time we want it! It is a gorgeous spotless unit with a perfect view and close to everything. Our car hardly moves. We were so at home yet felt like a vacation. Everything you could want and more.

Would have liked instructions for the remote controls. Unable to get Netflix. Would have liked stations such as CNN and MSNBC. No info on Roku. No kitchen washcloths. Unable to reach stuff on top shelves, was looking for a mixing bowl, no steps tool.

Very clean room, outdoor hot tub and pool area were also very clean. Excellent location for walking along lakefront and to many restaurants. Balconies were small but had a nice view. Good communication with host.

Great condo on the Kelowna waterfront

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Wayne's condo on the Kelowna waterfront. There is a lovely park right in front of the building, secure parking, and the location is very convenient close to downtown, attractions and shopping. Highly recommend it!

Rent this condo! You won’t be disappointed!

The condo & building was very clean & well cared for both inside & out. It was also very quiet. The pictures of the condo online show you exactly what to expect when walking into it. Wayne, the owner was very easy to deal with & contact when needed. Everything that one would want to live quite comfortable in the condo was provided. We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the lake & getting up in the morning & looking at the lake from the large windows in the living room.

Emplacement idéal et condo impeccable

Nous n’aurions pas pu demander mieux pour la location d’un condo a Kelowna! Directement situé sur le lac Okanagan avec une vue superbe, a distance de marche de la Plage, du Waterfront Park, du centre ville et des restos. Les instructions fournies par Wayne (hôte) étaient claires et précises et il était disponible rapidement pour toutes questions ou demandes de recommandations. Le condo était d’une propreté impeccable et très bien equipé. Nous recommandons fortement cet endroit!
