Step into comfort and style at this beautifully renovated 4-bedroom home, thoughtfully designed for families, groups, and entertaining. With a fresh modern makeover, this spacious haven offers everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Spread out across four cozy bedrooms featuring 2 luxurious king beds, 1 double bed, and 2 single beds – perfect for any group arrangement. Two sparkling bathrooms, each with modern showers, make getting ready a breeze.
The heart of the home is a large, fully equipped kitchen that will delight any home chef: a 6-burner gas cooktop, a 90cm electric oven, coffee machine, rice cooker, microwave, and sandwich toaster – plus all the accessories you need to cook up a feast or host a casual get-together.
Step outside to enjoy the sparkling pool, BBQ, and outdoor dining under festoon lighting – perfect for laid-back evenings and gatherings. The large undercover carport offers room for a caravan, small boat, or extra vehicles, making it ideal for travelers on the go.
With a fully fenced yard to keep kids and pets safe, and just a 5-minute drive to the city center, this City Oasis is the ultimate base for your next getaway.
Amenities: We provide a generous amount of amenities as a "start up" for your stay which includes initial supply of coffee pods, tea bags, sugar, salt/pepper, dishwasher powder, washing powder, dishwashing liquid, milk, shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, tissues, toilet paper, and bin liners.
LINEN/Towels: Our linen is hotel quality and professional cleaned. Each guest is provided 1 bath towel and 1 pool towel. We also provide hand towels, face washers, bathmats and tea towels.
Bag Storage: Bag storage before or after your stay is available at Stasher Luggage 52 Spence St, Cairns.

HOUSE RULES
We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible. For us to do so we would appreciate you following the house rules. These rules are a condition of your occupancy.
Check-in is after 3pm, Check-out is 10am.
Please respect our property and leave it as you found it, clean and tidy.
No smoking inside the property.
Pets allowed - no more than 2 dogs.
Any damage caused by your pet or if extra cleaning is required because of your pet, an extra cleaning fee will be incurred.
We take no responsibility for any loss or damage to property or injury or death to occupant, guest or invitee.
No unregistered guests allowed.
Maximum number of guests must not exceed property information for maximum guest numbers.
No parties or events permitted.
Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum before 7am and after 10pm. If a complaint is received you will receive a message via the booking platform, then a phone call. Failure to comply with reducing noise may lead to immediate eviction.
Please take out rubbish before you check out, location of bins are provided in your checkout instructions.
Please ensure all dishes and kitchenware are washed and returned to cupboards, fridge cleaned out and BBQ cleaned (if applicable).
Please take care of your keys. If you lock yourself out a callout fee will be incurred.
If the keys are lost or taken with you on your departure, a replacement fee will be incurred.
No drugs or illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Please take care of the furnishings. Guests are responsible to pay for damage or breakages. Any damage/breakages to be reported to the host before checkout.
Any alteration to the booking must be made by the guest via the booking platform.
Internet connectivity varies from property to property, depending on location, weather and unforeseen events. We are unable to remedy technical issues outside of our control.
We do not refund for problems such as plumbing, electrical, Wifi not working, light globes blown or gas, etc. Any issues identified by the occupant must be communicated to the host and will be attended to as soon as practically possible.
At times, when the property is occupied, maintenance specialists are required to attend to their regular maintenance schedule, i.e. lawns and pools.
Any breach of the above rules will permit us to cancel or terminate a booking. Refunds will not be paid on terminated bookings.
Our cancellation policy is firm and we highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
