A modern and newly decorated studio in a tranquil garden setting amongst mature English trees. A perfect space to relax and sample the beautiful Waikato countryside. This beautiful spot is located 30 mins from Hamilton, 20 mins from Cambridge & Morrinsville. Also 30 mins from Matamata, the gate way to Hobbiton.
The studio is separated from the main house by a garage and a covered walkway. It has its own entrance and outdoor dining area if required.
Just 5 mins away is the The Sculpture Park at Waitakaruru Arboretum, this is a beautiful space to walk amongst mature trees and observe sculpture as you go. There is a Barista operated Cafe open in weekends.
