Large appartment with sea view of almost 70m² for 6 persons located on the second floor, building A in the residence with elevator « Ker Avel ». Near to the beach and the town center.
It includes :
-entry,
-living room with two sofa beds of 160cm large and TV,
-equipped kitchen (oven, fridge/freezer, cokking plate, microwave),
-back-kitchen with washing machine,
-bathroom,
-bedroom with two beds of 80cm large,
-toilets separated.
Large balcony with South exposition and view on the large beach of Quiberon.
Parking n°17 et 18. Beds with duvets. Animaux not allowed.
Staircase (6 steps) in front of the residence to access the elevator.
Accommodation rated 3 stars for 6 people.
Electric and water usage in extra charge excepted from the 24th of May to 27th of September 2025.
Optional: end-of-stay cleaning 115€. Linen supply, nursery equipment.
