This is a 5 -bedroom home offering bedding up to 12 guests. A double sofa bed is available for guest booking of 11+ guests. Please let us know if you require the use of the sofa bed so we can make it up for you. Additional Fees apply.

PET FRIENDLY UPON APPLICATION

Please note: Yard is not fully fenced and pets cannot be left unattended at the property. Please ensure you clean up after your pets and prohibit access to carpeted areas as well as beds and furniture.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property. Excluding the garage.

BOAT ACCESS
Guests bringing boats can either pull them up on the small beach in front of the lawn or if you would prefer to keep the boat moored, you may tie the bow of the boat up to within about 3 metres of the shoreline using the tie points on the front lawn and anchor the stern.
The waterfront is well protected from most wind directions and there is virtually no tidal movement.

*Please note, the above is advice only - guests keeping boats moored or otherwise do so at their own risk.
Other things to note
If you intend to fish on Lake Macquarie we wish you ‘tight lines’!
Please do not store, prepare or descale fish on the property.

We kindly ask that you don’t bring, clean, or prepare raw faith, shellfish or crustaceans on the premises.

If you have cooked seafood, please take all scraps and leftovers with you and avoid putting them in the bins.

Failure to comply my result in additional cleaning fees.
