With breathtaking views and a fresh modern feel, this spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment will make you feel relaxed the moment you walk in.
The Chiton Surf club beach cafe is a mere minute to walk to for a morning coffee or lunch or perhaps a sunset drink or two.
This magnificent and very spacious ground floor apartment features large floor to ceiling windows for capturing the magnificent view, a modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine (pods are included).
Three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Bedroom 1- Queen Bed
Bedroom 2- Double Bed
Bedroom 3 -Single Bed.
Wifi is included.
Sorry, strictly no smoking anywhere on the property. Please do not book this property if you or anyone in your group are smokers.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
