This spectacular property has incredible coastal views from both levels, across the sand dunes and Norfolk pines to Goolwa Beach through to Middleton, Victor Harbor, and beyond. This is an absolutely stunning Architecturally designed home that will turn your seaside holiday dreams into a reality! With dual living spanning over 2 levels, the home has been designed with a flexible floor plan that works fabulously well for people traveling together who like a bit of space and independence. Or a couple can just stay upstairs and enjoy the magnificent views and the stunning architecture.

Upstairs the views are breathtaking. The sweeping open plan living, dining, and kitchen areas have been set out to capture and enjoy every angle of the seascapes. With 2.7m high ceilings, gorgeous white bamboo floors, double-glazed windows, ceiling fans, and split system air conditioning (heating and cooling) nothing has been left to chance. This open-plan space has multiple large sliding doors to the front and rear entertaining areas.

The designer kitchen is fully fitted out with a breakfast bar, Bosch dishwasher, pull-out pantry, electric cooktop, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, and more.

The Master Bedroom will assure you of sweet holiday dreams with glorious uninterrupted views and access to the front balcony. Ceiling fans, walk-through robe, and striking ensuite with shower, vanity, WC, and even your own bidet!

Relax upstairs on the front balcony with a glass of wine as you watch those unbelievable sunsets over Goolwa Beach The views really are some of the bests you will ever “sea”.

Downstairs via the gorgeous timber stairwell with a picture window, flooding with light, the home offers a second living, dining, and kitchen area – yes also with views of the water – gorgeous polished concrete flooring, split system reverse-cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans. The 2nd kitchen is very functional and serviceable with an oven, electric cooktop & overhead cupboards.

The two big downstairs bedrooms both have built-in robes and ceiling fans. The front bedroom also has sea views!

As well as a separate laundry, there is a sparkling family-sized bathroom with floor-to-ceiling tiles, shower, bath, vanity, and separate WC.

There are Big Screen TVs throughout the property, plus NBN Wi-Fi, Netflix, books, and board games.

Outside the home has an upstairs rear North facing deck being a fabulous spot for hosting and enjoying BBQs with friends & family. A built-in bar overlooking the ocean through to the hills, built-in sink, all-weather blinds, and gas BBQ connection. Downstairs, the fire pit area with built-in bench seating is the perfect spot to hang out on a cool evening. There is also an outdoor shower to wash off after the beach (great for dogs too!).

The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases, and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels, and tea towels are all supplied.

This property welcomes well-behaved pets indoors. The property fencing is Colorbond iron to a height of approx. 1.2m at its lowest point.

Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.

You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.
