- A $50 fee will be charged if guests fail to check out by the agreed time, with an additional charge for every 15 minutes thereafter.
- We have a gardener who will attend this property from time to time. It is unlikely that they will attend during your stay, however if they need to attend the property during your stay, we will notify you.
