There are two split system heater/coolers. Wood heater (small amount of wood provided).

Two night minimum booking.
Bath in main bathroom. Hair Dryer.
Linen and towels are provided. Note: Sofa bed in lounge does not come with bedding.
Extras provided including tea, coffee, cooking oil, salt, hand soap, washing powder, cleaning products, board games and toilet paper.
Would consider pets by negotiation.
This is a residential street and guests must be respectful of neighbours and surrounds – no loud parties please (sorry, no schoolies). All breakages must be paid for or replaced. Additional fees will be charged for loss of key, and extraordinary cleaning of spills on carpet, furniture, bedding or walls.
