Enjoy stunning ocean views from our Santorini inspired Studio Apartment in Orakei, perfect for couples requiring a little extra space. The apartment includes a kitchenette, lounge & dining space, laundry facilities, BBQ with outdoor seating, one parking space, and spa pool.

Cafes, restaurants and artisan shops are nearby at Orakei Village, Okahu Bay Beach is a short walk, the train station is within easy reach, and it is a short drive into the city.

Our unique Ground Floor Studio has a refreshing eclectic Mediterranean theme, with Turkish influenced floor tiles, whitewashed textured brickwork, and gorgeous arched openings between the spaces.

Guests enter via the apartment`s private front door and into the entrance hallway where the bathroom and kitchen are located. Once through the kitchen and into the main living space, guests are greeted with beautiful ocean views, and then out onto the patio with BBQ.

The arched openings provide good separation between the kitchen and living space. The kitchenette contains a fridge/freezer, double cooktop, microwave, kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine. The laundry is conveniently tucked away in a separate room.

Guests will have full use of the Spa pool and one parking space.

This listing is suitable for a maximum of 2 guests. No children or infants allowed sorry.

Note although the apartment is on one level, there are multiple platforms within the space.
