It’s fully furnished and equipped with all the basics you need, making it the perfect city escape. Guests also enjoy access to excellent shared facilities within the complex, including an indoor heated swimming pool and gym.

The Space:
The studio apartment offers a comfortable Queen-sized bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep. Entertainment is provided with a Smart TV and Netflix access. A dedicated workspace includes a desk and two chairs, while a cozy armchair offers a relaxing spot. The hotel-style set up (hotel room setup, no kitchen) features essential amenities like a microwave, kettle, toaster, and a mini fridge. Stay connected with unlimited Wi-Fi and enjoy the convenience of a private bathroom with a shower.
Guest Access:
Guests staying in this privately owned studio apartment at Citylife Auckland have full access to the entire unit, along with the building’s well-managed and highly secure system. You’re also welcome to use shared facilities, but please note that hotel reception services, such as check-in and luggage storage are not available.

Located on Queen Street which is in the heart of the city.
Albert Park, the Art Gallery, plus an abundant mix of modern restaurants, cafes, shopping, cinema and theatres are just a stone throw away. Iconic Sky Tower & Viaduct and waterfront venues are just down the road.

Pre-Check-In Requirements:
*We require a government ID (Passport or Driver's License) and an online check-in form to be completed for the main guest before check-in. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. A link to complete the form will be sent closer to your check-in date.
*As per our damage policy, a NZD $350 damage deposit is required to be paid 7 days before arrival via a secure Stripe payment link. The deposit will be fully refunded or reversed within 8-14 days after check-out, provided no issues are found. We’ll send the payment link closer to your check-in date.
Self check-in to this apartment:
*Key pick-up is at 3/22 Durham St West, just 1 min walk from your apartment, further Self-Check In instructions will be sent before your arrival date.
*There is NO carpark and luggage storage available for this apartment, but you may store your luggage at the key pick up location at a fee.
*Our check-in time is and after 3pm, for early check-in request, please double check with us in advance for availability.
During stay & Departure:
*We provide a full set of beddings & linens as well as a set of towels per guest.
Extra linens can be provided at a fee, please get in touch for more details.
*Extra cleaning service & linens changing can be arranged during your stay at additional cost, the fee would be the same as the cleaning fee listed per clean.
For booking more than 21 days, a mid-stay cleaning would be required at guest’s expense, please contact us to request for this cleaning service in advance.
*We provide a starter pack of refreshments and essentials that will last for your first few days, please purchase on your own when the stocks are running out.
*Our latest check-out time is 10am.
Interaction with Guests:
We'll give guests space, but will be a message or phone call away if you need anything, and guests are welcome to pop into Oneciti Property Management office for any inquiries or a quick chat from 9am-5pm NZ time.
