The perfect choice for a city escape, our one-bedroom apartment in Brisbane offers both functional indoor and outdoor spaces.

This neat, fully air-conditioned 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is located on Level 15, featuring views of Musgrave Park and the vibrant West End streets from your private balcony. Enjoy a trendy, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, convection oven, and gas cooktop. You`ll also have your own private laundry with dryer. One parking space is included with your booking.

This self-contained one-bedroom apartment is thoughtfully designed to make the most of natural light and space, creating a warm and welcoming environment for your stay. Ideal for solo travelers or couples, the open-plan layout features a cozy living area, a dining, and a fully equipped kitchen — perfect for relaxing or enjoying a quiet meal in.

The bedroom includes a King Split bed, typically set up as a king. Please note, this configuration does create a slight gap in the middle. If you’d prefer two separate single beds, let us know in advance and we’ll arrange it accordingly.

The bathroom is clean and modern, with a shower and toilet. A starter supply of essentials like linens, bath towels, toilet paper, and basic bath items is provided to get you started.

This is a self-service apartment, so please plan to bring any additional personal items you may need during your stay.

Register on arrival at the reception desk in Tower One, your City Escape Apartment is situated close by, in Tower Two.

You have the entire apartment to yourself, but facilities are shared with residents and other guests.

CAR PARK ACCESS:

Height Restriction: 2.1 metres

Parking is subject to availability and must be pre-booked. Visitor parking 4HRS max. To access the car park guests will need to use the black access fob on their keys. The car park entrance is located at the back of the building on Boundary Street. There is one car park entrance for all three towers.

I will not be with you on the day of your arrival but I`m working closely with the Building Manager and their staff, Check in will be done by the Reception Team. Upon arrival, please provide your Valid ID and your Confirmation Code from Airbnb for them to pull out your reservation. In case you need anything during your stay, please don`t hesitate to message me on Airbnb and I`ll do my best to attend to your needs.

Check in time is 2PM. Please go straight to the reception desk for check in assistance. For late arrival, you will be receiving a late arrival message for check in procedure.

This is definitely a nonsmoking property. Any evidence of smoking will be charged to a minimum of AUD250.

Unless prior arrangements have been made, only booked guests are permitted access to the apartment. No unauthorized guests. Our home is prepared to accommodate ONLY the guests on the reservation. Once proven, in excess of the allowed number of guests will be additional AUD30 each.

No parties or events. All loud music / noise must be turned off by 10pm.

Check-out time is by 10 am. Any late check outs that have not been pre-arranged may result in a AUD50 per/hour charge.

If you notice any breakages or faults in the apartment, please do not hesitate to let us know. If you happen to break something in the apartment, please let us know immediately so we can resolve in a timely manner.

In case of lost keys which can happen at times please be advised that it will incur a cost for replacement of AUD400. Please keep the keys in a very safe place at all times.

When checking out, please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy manner. Guests will be expected to cover the cost of any breakages or damage, as well as any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean.

To keep our costs down, we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C or heating when it’s not in use or leaving the apartment.

Please remove any make-up in the correct way. Our towels, robes and face washers provided aren`t to be used for this purpose. Additional cleaning or replacement fees apply.

Please leave the apartment in a tidy manner. Whilst we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and hang any dirty towels in the bathrooms.

Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $200 or more depending on the damage caused.

Please respect our neighbors and treat our property the way you would like us to treat yours.
