Seas & Leaves Studio is the perfect accommodation for Couples or Singles to enjoy some Beautiful Spring Weather near the bay for a weekend or longer.
Located close to the charming Bayside suburbs of Moreton Bay, Seas & Leaves Studio is part of a Renovated Post War Worker's Cottage, is situated in the quiet area of Manly West and a few minutes drive down to unforgettable Manly Village Precinct and enchanting Wynnum.
Whether you are attending an Event, a Celebration or just wanting to unwind from your busy weekday life wherever that may be, this contemporary self-contained Studio overlooks the garden and offers a relaxed ambience within a very private property not far from the waterfront.
Close by, you will find restaurants within walking distance of this cosy Studio or a short drive will lead you to a restaurant, café or club that will suit your taste buds and budget in Manly Village or the Wynnum Precinct.
At Manly, the Sunday morning markets offer local crafts, delicious fresh produce, coffee and juices. The Jan Power's Food Markets also offer a wide range of fresh food on the 1st and third Sat of each month.
At Seas & Leaves, our Chemical free property is Smoke AND Vape free too.
We are unable to accommodate any pets at our property as we have our Russian Blue Burmese, Oscar who is outside during the day and inside at night.
The Wynnum Manly waterfront is perfect for enjoying the bay activities of bird and sea life, sailing boats, a mangrove boardwalk or just sitting on one of many park benches along the foreshore. There is various dine in or takeaway food shops scattered along the waterfront if your taste buds long for Fish & Chips by the Bay.

The host was extremely helpful and friendly. Plenty of clean bedding and towels. Nothing was too much for them. The place was clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely recomed you give this place a go you wont be disappointed.

A wonderful, relaxing stay at a beautifully maintained and presented property. The decor was comfortable, practical and welcoming. We wanted for nothing that could have made our three day stay better. Our hosts were charming and engaging and went above and beyond to look out for us as a possible nasty thunderstorm approached the area. We loved the privacy and peacefulness of the location, and the view to the back garden off the deck was divine. So close to Manly too! What a lovely wee paradise!!

Comfortable, cosy, quiet

Central location with lots of amenities within minutes of the property. Very well appointed with everything you could need and more. Wander around the beautiful garden or just relax on the deck with a cuppa - very peaceful. Lovely host who obviously goes out of her way to ensure you enjoy your stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming studio in Brisbane. From the moment we arrived, the owner was incredibly kind and welcoming — they even helped us with our luggage, which we truly appreciated.The studio itself was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully arranged, making it a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay. The beautiful garden space was such a highlight — peaceful, charming, and perfect for unwinding after a day out.The location couldn’t have been better. It’s close to many great restaurants and within walking distance to the beach, which made everything so convenient and enjoyable.Overall, it was a lovely experience, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Lovely property, and contains everything you need for a long or short stay. I stayed for 8 weeks whilst on a secondment for work. The studio was spacious and clean and tidy. Great location for the train station and a short walk down onto the beach front. The garden was beautiful and very peaceful. Hosts were very kind and provided everything I needed. Lovely little place

Well-appointed and thoroughly pleasant. Smooth check-in & out. Good base for a few days. Only grievance was the mattress being excessively soft, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep - apart from that though everything perfect. Apart from that

Daughter’s birthday visit

Yve’s place was a delightful retreat. A lovely leafy outlook and a large covered deck area adjoin the room. The room itself is tastefully furnished and extremely clean and comfortable with fans and air conditioning, as well as a neat little kitchen area and lovely comfortable bed. Perfect for a short stay or even for a few days. The REAL plants were a nice touch as well.We will definitely be returning. Thanks so much, Yve.

As sailors we enjoy the closeness of the bay, the cool sea breezes during summer and being able to walk or ride down to the foreshore and the bay precinct. It is wonderful to be able to go to the water's edge in a very short drive.
