Ideally located in the beautiful Banks neighborhood, you have easy access to the city, river, and the stadiums! We look forward to your stay and our 24/7 customer service will be ready!



The Space:

Our 1-bedroom apartments feature inviting living areas, fully-equipped kitchens, and bathrooms complete with toiletries. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool (seasonal, open summer through Labor Day, closed in winter.

***There is a limited amount of parking for $20/day per car. Parking downtown in Cincy next to the stadiums is extremely scarce so please let us know ahead of time so we can arrange parking for you.



We have multiple CozySuites units in this building and each one is unique. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos.



You’ll be staying in an area full of energy and charm, where the sounds of music, cheerful conversations, and the hum of the city may occasionally drift in — especially in the evenings.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the apartment throughout their stay. Please note that amenities are available at the property's discretion. We are unable to process refunds if an amenity is closed during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled on the Cincinnati riverfront Banks neighborhood beside Great American Ballpark, Paul Brown Stadium, and The Andrew J. Brady ICON Music Center, CozySuites at the Banks delivers an energetic, diverse lifestyle at the heart of the action.



Getting Around:

A car isn’t necessary to explore the area. Find restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. There are also Lime and Bird electric scooters in the area available for rent.



Other Things to Note:

No smoking, parties

Check-in 4 PM, check-out 11 AM ($75/hr late fee)

$500 penalty for removing smoke detectors

No outside guests without permission

Two towels per guest per stay

Valid photo ID required to complete the booking



To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.



Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:

1. 22 years old for out of town guests

2. 25 years old for local guests



No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.



Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.



Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.



Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

The unit is equipped with a smart lock, so you can check in and out with ease using a personalized access code. You’ll receive your code before arrival—hassle-free and secure entry, anytime after check-in time.

Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with our automated entry system, however, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise :)
