• The driveway is reserved for EVs only, due to our charging station for TESLA
• 1-2 vehicle may be parked on driveway on the marked “PARK HERE” spot free of extra charge

Our HVAC system has ultra-sensitive smoke detectors. Alarm system triggers instantly;Please smoke only in outdoor areas or in the backyard.

To protect our soft-touch wooden flooring, & modern tiles -no outdoor shoes are allowed inside.
🥿 Indoor slippers are provided for your comfort.
