The rooms were clean and tidy and the cottage was well kept. Overall condition and amenities were as described. Really enjoyed the hot tub as well!

The house is very well maintained and clean. It’s super cozy even in really cold winters The hot tub is super clean and works so well Dylan is super responsive and very helpful Super easy stay . Smooth check in and check out Definitely will be back !

We had a great stay! However we didn’t realize it was actually a house in a neighbourhood. The view was amazing literally surrounded by water. Nice upper and lower deck and the hot tub was really nice. We sat in the tub in the evening and gazed at the star filled sky. Overall great place to stay.

The property was super cozy and welcoming! Dylan was a great host!! He would respond promptly and was very accommodating at all times. The property was clean and pet friendly too. Would recommend.

The cottage was very welcoming and clean. We had everything we needed to make our long weekend fantastic. Comfy beds and couches and the deck was a great outdoor space looking over the river. The hot tub was great after a swim in the river! River was clean and a beautiful spot to paddle.It was only two of us but this property would be good for families or couples.Dylan was easy to connect with and quick to reply.We would definitely stay again!

Being away from town was a big plus for us. Not to far but far enough where you dont hear traffic. Nice quiet area was great for us and our dog to walk around and everyone was so nice saying Hi to us along the way. The bed was extremely comfy as well as the pillows. The couch was perfect for just relaxing as the kitchen was right there for cooking so we never really felt separated while chilling and eating. The hot tub….my goodness was that ever great to stare up at the stars while being warm as heck an enjoying a few drinks. All an all, great gem of a place. Ps…the air hockey table was a blast!

Dylan is a fantastic host! We unfortunately did show up to the house with unmade beds and the mess from the last guests they hosted, but Dylan was quick to respond and was able to contact his cleaner and get the place cleaned up while I went out with dinner with my mom! He was quick to apologize and refund me a portion of my money for the inconvenience. The home itself is cute, has all that you need and the cleaner even turned on the hot tub for me while we were out! So it was ready to use by the time we got back :) Also, great neighbours for one of them helped me start my car during the big snow storm LOL
