Trail Valley Cottage offers the perfect holiday location for your next escape, a couples retreat, family holiday or a friends’ getaway to the beautiful Yarra Valley.
With two bedrooms, Trail Valley Cottage sleeps up to four guests. The main bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and there is a set of king single bunk beds in the second bedroom. Curl up on the large comfy sofa with a good book and cup of tea. The cottage also has a split system for heating and cooling, modern bathroom with shower, separate toilet and laundry facilities.
Trail Valley Cottage is ideally located next to Wesburn Park, the starting point for Warburton Ride Park which is perfect for mountain bike riders. This central location is close to restaurants, cafes and other eateries in the Warburton area, also short drives to local sites such as Warburton Rail Trail, Redwood Forest, La La Falls and Mt Donna Buang Summit.

Things to Note:
Trail Valley House is a second dwelling on the property which is a separate holiday home. Whilst the two properties have separate areas – there may be other guests utilizing the driveway and some of the grass common areas.
The kitchen at Trail Valley Cottage is s kitchenette style with basic cooking facilities, dishwasher, microwave and fridge – ideal for heating up your meals from home (no built in oven or stovetop).
