Beautiful scandinavian-inspired 2-level, 3-bedroom condo located 100 meters from the slopes of Bromont Ski Mountain. Nestled in the mountain with a great view of the valley and magical sunsets.

Balcony equipped with a gas grill on the main level. Patio with a Jacuzzi spa on the garden level below.

The unit has one assigned parking space and addiitional guest parking available on the property.

The main floor features an open living space including a central kitchen, dining area and living room. It also houses one bedroom (with a queen size bed) and a toilet.

The garden level features 2 more bedrooms with queen size beds. There is one full bathroom, as well as another bathroom with no toilet (bath/shower/vanity). So the unit essentially has the equivalent of 2 full bathrooms.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire condo.

Bromont is a beautiful little town that offers a lot to do! Skiing, cycling, mountain biking, hiking, water park, lakes, spas, restaurants, breweries, shopping, ... and the list goes on. It's truly a all year round destination and you might just want to move her after experiencing for a few months.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please turn all thermostats down to 10 degrees Celcius. I can also do this remotely if you notify me when you have left the unit.
Please put the fob back inside the lockbox and re-install it around the door handle. The code is 3107#.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No shoes, bike shoes, ski/snowboard boots allowed in the house. Please be mindful of the floors, they aren't hardwood and can scratch easily.
No ski / bike tuning allowed inside. Skis go on the rack in the entrance or on the balcony. Lock your bikes outside or hand carry them to the balcony.
No parties / loud music allowed. Our building is quiet and we like it that way. Please be respectful of my neighbours.
