Encontrará nuestra villa en la zona de Palm Beach de la isla, una zona hermosa y tranquila cerca de los hoteles de gran altura (como Marriott y Hyatt) y a solo 10 minutos en coche de Oranjestad con sus agradables bares, restaurantes, tiendas y hermoso bulevar. Nuestra villa está ubicada en más de 6,400 pies cuadrados de terreno y a menos de 10 minutos a pie de las hermosas playas, dependiendo de qué playa y qué transporte.

Esta villa de 2740 pies cuadrados fue construida en 2003. Se puede alquilar como un 3BR o 4BR (Edificio adicional con 4to dormitorio, con cama y baño de tamaño completo). Está totalmente equipado para 2-8 personas. El nuevo jardín ofrece suficiente privacidad. La piscina de nueva construcción se completó en mayo de 2008.


Acerca de la isla: con una temperatura promedio de 82F durante todo el año, solo el calor salvaje de los casinos y la vida nocturna de la discoteca pueden hacer que las cosas estén un poco húmedas.

Aruba es encantador debido a su capacidad para permitirle relajarse y escapar de las presiones de su vida cotidiana. Te permite experimentar lo extraordinario e inolvidable. Las playas de arenas nacaradas y las aguas azul celeste le invitan a participar en una serie de actividades emocionantes, como natación, esquí acuático, vela, surf, windsurf, boogie board y mucho más.
Para agregar el extra fuera del cuarto dormitorio, el alquiler será un extra de $ 250. 00 + impuestos a la semana.

Tenga en cuenta que estamos vendiendo nuestra semana de Navidad y año nuevo como dos semanas separadas o ambas juntas. Semana de Navidad del 20/21 al 28/29 de diciembre y semana de Año Nuevo del 28/29 de diciembre al 3/4 de enero. No aceptaremos registros el 25, 26 de diciembre o el 1 de enero.

this was the perfect house for my family of six. I liked the location to the Palm Beach strip very much! And it was a short drive to all the attractions I wanted to go to. Molly was very helpful. She greeted us when we arrived, there was a problem with the ice machine and she was there to help very quickly.

Nice, but not perfect

For starters, there's much to like about this property. Our group was 4 middle-aged adults, and below are our shared perspectives. Great: Check-in/check-out; location; spaciousness; amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and patio; amount of seating; security; privacy; blackout blinds/shades; TVs; internet; power outlets; covered parking; a/c; and other supplies. Above average: the overall cleanliness was fantastic but the fan bodies/blades were filthy. The main kitchen table had gunk between the wood and glass tabletop which was not pleasant to see. Before reading onward, these above average to great things can easily outweigh the rest of this review depending on what's important to you... Average: The pool is about 5 feet deep and quite small despite what’s pictured, but the water is pleasantly warm. We were told there's a cleaner but we never saw him/her. The washing machine became unbalanced often with only medium loads, and it would clank and bang loudly, but the clothes were clean… Below average and needs improvement: The mattresses and indoor couches are not comfortable at all relative to what we're accustomed to having. The water pressure is good only when one person requires it. The provided toilet paper and paper towels almost dissolved on contact with water. We all agreed we’d definitely stay at this property again, but would shop around for other options before this one.

Great location, very safe and secure home

Beautiful house with fantastic pool. The house locks down like a safe when you aren't there or go to sleep, nobody is getting in without you knowing!! Master bedroom was very comfortable. The girls mentioned the other beds maybe weren't the greatest (my bed was great). Elisa Zarate the property manager was very helpful, available anytime and helped in getting us everything we needed and suggesting a company to rent a jeep. All worked out fantastic. We would 100% stay here again. I would highly recommend getting a car or jeep though. It's kinda a long walk to the beach and other sites.

A week of fun in the sun!

We really enjoyed the stay at this house. It’s well equipped and exactly what we wanted and thought we were getting. The furniture is a little dated but was not bad. All three bedrooms were comfortable. The outdoor space is perfect with lots of covered patio for shade from the sun with a good mix of sunny areas and lots of loungers and a perfect sized pool. The only thing I would add is the location on Google maps is not accurate. They location is closer to the pond at the back of the community so it’s more of a walk to the supermarket but very easy access to the beach and restaurants on the hotel zone and we did not need a car rental for this trip. Thanks for a wonderful week!

The best place I've stayed at. Management was incredible. Service the best....everyone we dealt with was accommodating and more than helpful with our entire group. I would definitely rent this place again.

Excelente ubicación y muy cómoda!

La casa es alucinante. Esta ubicada en un lugar muy cómodo para llegar a la playa y cerca de shoppings y restaurantes. Es amplia, cómoda y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas excelentes vacaciones. Lo único que le faltaría es que renueven los colchones. La atención de la oficina que la alquila es muy buena. Nos dieron toda la información previa necesaria para llegar. Elisa y Ana hablan español y nos atendieron con especial amabilidad. Muy recomendable. Gracias por todo!!!!

Palm Beach Rental

We recently stayed in this rental property (April 2017). Overall we were happy with the location of the property. About a 10 minute walk to the beach, very close to the high rise hotels, restaurants, shopping and grocery shopping. We rented a car but not really necessary. The property is located in a neighborhood, we felt safe since the property was equipped with an alarm system and security blinds. The property had a pool which we enjoyed and the outside patio area was great, equipped with a gas grill. I do want to point out that the house was dated and definitely needed updating. We were disappointed that the living room furniture and the beds were uncomfortable, mattresses definitely need to be replaced. Beach towels and bath towels were abundant but old and well used. We were under the impression that we would have beach chairs, however they were not available at the house and had to rent them from the property management company $15/chair/wk: cash only. We had a few issues with the toilets, when we called the management company they came right over to fix them. As I said overall we were happy and may even rent this property again but would be happier if they replaced the furniture and mattress.

Vacation 2014

Hi I'm Ilan. I just came back from a wonderful vacation in Aruba. We stay with our family for celebrating an anniversary and 50 birthday. I will say that was the best vacation. You feel like you are home. Everything you need they have it and the patio is so wonderful that you can do everything with your family. From BBQ till relaxing and playing games with the whole family. We really enjoy this home and just 5 Minute walking we had a shopping mall and a lot a hotels. It's a very nice neighbor hood , the house was clean, the service they give was perfect. Restaurant we we're recommend Nd we went where perfect. Peanut restaurant, Marriott hotel ( for breakfast) pincho garden, zee rover, TGI Fridays, food truck near palm beach plaza @ tattoo shop. I enjoy it if your looking for a home for your vacation I recommend you this villa.

Beautiful and spacious!

The house is absolutely wonderful! We fell in love with the artwork and back patio! Many hours were spent in the evening in the pool. And the grill did not go to waste. The is very spacious and the flow was quite impressive. The privacy we wanted was defiantly provided! The walled back yard and gated front yard were impressive. The garden was well taken care of. We spent our honeymoon here and the house many have had a little more room than we needed but we loved it! The artwork was so wonderful and I was stuck by the colors. The owners own artwork really added to the villa. I loved the baskets and that they were used to hold extra towels and blankets, not that we needed them. Having a washer and dryer came in handy. The air conditioner in each room made it nice so we didn't have to cool the rooms not in use. The location of the villa is also something that worked well for us. We spent many hours and days sightseeing and traveling the island. Not to mention the time at the beaches. Thankfully we did not need to call for any reason while staying except the last day. We called to have someone come a little earlier and they were there in no time. No complaints or attitude. We were met at the car rental and lead to the villa. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We exchanged several e-mails before hand that were a bonus to us when we reached the island. We shopped at the Ling and Sons and the Super Market but preferred Ling and Sons. They have a great selection of gluten free foods which is important as I have gluten allergies. I would recommend eating at the O and The Old Cunucu House. If want an Aruban meal defiantly the Old Cunucu House! The food was fabulous and the Staff was pleasant, helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a most enjoyable meal! If you plan on snorkeling go to Baby Beach! There are more places to go but we found that one to be the best although we will research that more nest time. Again thank you and we look forward to our next stay. Thank you all again and look forward to our next visit!!!!!

Very nice house. Lots of room.

The house is very well equipped with everything you need, aside from grocery and paper goods. There are beach chairs and lots of towels and beach blankets. I was a little surprised by all the security fence and alarm system but we didn't have any problems and didn't see anything suspicious. It was a quick drive or about a 10 min walk to beach. Across the field is the Marriott and then pass there is the beach. We were met at the car rental place and taken to our house. Everything was clean. The king bed was kind of lumpy. The pool and yard were nice too. We walked to dinner quite a few times. There were 6 of us and we all enjoyed our stay.

Best choice I could have ever made!!!

Everything you could read about this villa falls short!!! I have no words to thank "You Need A Vacation Rentals NV" for everything they did for us to make this an unforgettable vacation in Aruba. All our interactions via email went very smooth. As this was our first trip to Aruba all the time we felt like they wanted to HELP us instead of trying to rent their property. Mrs. Anielka Corpas understands very clearly the limitations that us Venezuelan have to buy US dollars. They even recommend us with a car rental company that didn't require a safety deposit. When we arrived in the rent-a-car there was Mrs. Elisa waiting for us. A lovely lady who greeted us, guided us to the villa and helped us settled in. Even though we were alone we never felt lonely because there was a folder with all the instructions and telephone numbers to get in touch with them just in case. The villa has 3 BR and 2-1/2 baths and easily accommodates 6 people, large living and dining room, full-equipped kitchen, laundry room (washer + dryer + iron + ironing board), flat screen TV + Blu-ray player in every room, full air conditioned, a cozy pool, grill, even a respectable collection of DVD/Blu-ray movies, books, pool toys and game boards. Everything you could ask for, they got it!!! And the price is just right (If you need more room ask for the detached apartment in the back of the house). One of the perks of this villa is its location: just a short walk (400 meters) from the Palm Beach Plaza Mall and the high-rise hotels area. Walk 400 meters more and you are on the Palm Beach itself. I definitively recommend this villa to anyone looking for a home away from home. In fact, our family is looking forward to spend Christmas 2014 in Aruba and we are planning to rent here again. Perfect !

This home was absolutely perfect! Every thing from the location to the amenities of the villa were just great. My family and I found our vacation to be much more relaxing in the villa as opposed to a hotel - no getting dressed for breakfast, a quick dip in the pool at anytime and no need to wait for a table at busy restaurants. Located just a short distance to the 'high rise' area , the villa is close to everything we wanted. We enjoyed dinner at Gianni's, Smokey Joes , Yee's and of course El Gaucho. We spent our days at Eagle Beach and had a blast on the Jet Skis . Can't wait to go back next year !

Wonderful Location and Clean

My husband and I has been coming to Aruba since 2005 and this was our first time staying off the hotel strip and we absolutely loved this villa. There were 7 people in our party and the villa accomodated us well. It was definitely home away from home, with free WIFI. Everything was clean, clean, clean. We used every aspect of this villa. We cooked and grilled out almost the entire trip. We went out to dinner maybe once. The owners were great, whenever we called they took care of the issue. Took only minutes to get to the beach area and resturants. Downtown was about a 15 minute ride. Getting to the grocery stores were easy as well. There were a few things that need improvement. The beds, a few people in our party complained the beds were very firm. Either put some kind of cushion to go on top of the beds or get pillow-top mattresses. Beach chairs need to be upgraded a litle worn. Might be a good idea to put a T.V in the guest house so guests do not need to come inside the house to watch tv if they do not want too. Also the water coming out of the shower in the master bedroom was misty like instead of with a little more force. We definitely recommend this villa to friends, family and others. Check in/out went very smoothly however i recommend meeting the owners at the Marriott hotel then driving over to the property to prevent any problems locating the villa. We rented a car and we drove around the area like 45 minutes before stopping at a nearby management office who was gracious enough to let us call the owners to arrange a meeting place. A big thanks to the owners, we loved the place.

Wonderful Patio and Pool, Super Attentive Support

The representative for this property and cannot be surpassed for attentive service. All questions and any issues, no matter how trivial are attended to promptly and courteously! The villa is located within easy walking distance of Palm Beach and the "Strip". The location is perfect for going to Eagle Beach or Arashi Beach. The villa is very well kept and has everything needed for an excellent stay. The patio and pool are wonderful for hanging out and deflating stress. We stayed right there for the first two days and were extremely happy without leaving. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. It is that nice. The plain language rental agreement, free of boilerplate language reflects the honest and straightforward attitude of the owners and Anneke.
