Great spot!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We felt at home here (wish we could call it that!). Beautiful oversize lot and we liked that the pool area is private but still offers water view. Very close to the beach. Multiple restaurants on Bonita Beach Rd at walking distance; Great spot!

Wonderful Place to Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this home! We needed a place with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and it suited us well. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels in the bathrooms and all the beach stuff for a day at the beach, which was a daily excursion for us. We requested a beach cart, which was ordered and sent to the home. The people at Realty Group were very responsive, even after hours. The pool was great and we especially loved the outdoor seating area where we spent a lot of time. The neighborhood was safe and we enjoyed riding the bikes around the area. We would highly recommend this location for a memorable vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the best home we ever rented in Florida! The home is beautiful remodeled, clean, excellent location and great outdoor area. All home info was provided to us prior to check-in per digital guestbook which was very convenient. The icing on the cake for us was to watch the sunset over the bay from the balcony after dinner; absolutely priceless!

Everything was great. Lots of sunlight in the house,bikes were nice,quiet neighborhood,The house is smaller than it appears in the photos. We had 6 people and it was a perfect fit. In my opinion 8 would be a little tight in the living room. We liked watching,TV together at night. Owner might want to consider adding an addition small sofa instead of the chairs. Downstairs bedroom bed was squeaky and too soft for me. Every thing else was fabulous. Management company was excellent with communication.Tip-call ahead and ask then to turn the heat on for the pool if I will be cool when you are there.Owner: kitchen needs a large stockpot.Thanks for having us,highly recommend.

What a great place, location and management team. The house was amazing, nicely decorated, comfy beds, fully stocked and beach ready. Pool was amazing as well. We did have 1 issue with Trash as the previous renters left it over-flowed but the management team remedied it quickly and above expectations - thank you! Location was amazing and local beaches and restaurants were top notch. We will be back!! Highly recommend.

Great house with a very well stocked kitchen (lot's of pots, pans, coffee makers, utensils, etc). Very nice covered areas outside with partial views of the sunset. Comfortable beds, good sized bedrooms, and nice bathrooms. Pool heater worked well, although the "skimmer" didn't work, so debris would build up between weekly pool service visits.

The skimmer should get most of that, ands there's a pool net as well. The pool is weekly serviced. We hope to welcome you back in the future!
