Welcome to Beach Villa, a newly updated coastal duplex just 250 steps from the sugar-white sands of Ft. Myers Beach. Featuring 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a brand-new private pool, and a fun-filled game room, this spacious retreat is designed for relaxation and entertainment. Side A offers 3 bedrooms (king, queen, and full) plus a bonus futon area and 2 bathrooms, while Side B provides 2 bedrooms (queen and full) and 2 bathrooms. An interior door connects the two sides, giving you the option to enjoy the entire home together or maintain complete privacy if renting separately. With beach gear included, a pool for lounging, and plenty of space for gathering, Beach Villa is the perfect setting for a memorable getaway with family or friends.

Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane.
